Due to the high humidity in Hawaii I always have to touch up with blotting paper and some powder. Hurray that the mascara did not flake. Excellent review for us mature women. Very informative.

Hi Mel, I prefer more medium to light coverage too. That is great the foundation comes with a pump bc I prefer that. I don’t like looking like I have on a mask either. I need a volumizing mascara but I don’t like when my bottom lashes look clumpy either but that is great after 12 hours there was no flaking. FW

Wow this actually held up pretty dang good for 12 hours! I may need to look into that foundation - I need a few new drugstore ones! I think the mascara was nice but I do agree I didn't love it as much on your bottom lashes. I also like mine to be more defined!

Hey beautiful here watching how was your weekend? It’s been snow storm all day yesterday and then today just shoveling and dealing with ice. Almost fell twice going to get groceries. I love that you review drugstore products. I’m always looking for good quality cheaper products. The LOREAL paradise mascara that everyone loves for some reason causes my eyes to itch I think I might be allergic. So hoping that’s not the issue with every mascara in their line

Ooo I like that primer! I really like the colour and the coverage is nice! That Maybelline foundation has given you a glow! I do prefer a full coverage but don’t mind a medium coverage! Yes sometimes you can get decent makeup at the drugstore. I don't buy too much makeup from the drugstore. That foundation did blend really well and I hear you I hate when you can see foundation sitting on dry skin. Yes the brush is a little big for the bottom but a decent mascara!

hi Mel, I have my eyes on this foundation because I love their dream urban cover one. I am looking forward to try it but since we don't have it here on Czech Republic I will probably get it when I will travel to Vienna ( as always ). I love the fact that is infused with hyaluronic acid because even though my skin is oily is on the same time dehydrated so I have noticed that foundations which contain skin care ingredients are usually lasting long on my skin. I think both are great. Maybe not use mascara on bottom? Try a trick where I just us a liquid liner on my bottom lashes. The fine brush just brings it out. I got the Maybelline Fit Me foundation and love it. I also got the age rewind concealer and hate it lol. This foundation I may try next. Maybe mix a little moisturizer where it settles? Love this color background against your skin and your brows are on point! What do you use for exfoliating?

How would you compare this foundation to the loreal age perfect serum foundation?

Hi Benita, thank you for the question! I find the L'Oreal Age Perfect is a lighter coverage comparable to a BB Cream, but very hydrating. The Maybelline Dream Radiant has a slightly more thicker consistency and can be built up to a medium coverage, I also find the Maybelline gives me an airbrush appearance. Both are hydrating, but if I want more coverage I reach for the Maybelline. Hope this helps you and thank you for watching!
