Yeah accidentally did the snap aim last night and I was like ok did I just do what I thought I did and wow your explaining it now I'm in my personal offline lobby practicing, I'm not a knew gamer but games cod games have changed in so many ways so this is great to learn I actually do it the snap aim alot I just never knew what I was doing,I just thought you run around and point and shoot or move the thumb sticks to shoot someone nope pull back point snap quickly. Ur movement on PC speed and Controlls are way better and easier quicker and it's easier to controll recoil on a mouse . So good and bad on both sides all depends on what you like.

Is this still working after the January update? I play pc with mouse and the game is terrible now. I cannot make small adjustments when ads and get zero bullet sticking. It takes 20 rounds or more of hits to kill most players. Game is really bad

This feature DOESN’T work in multiplayer on console, might be different for PC but it says right in the settings under “ADS AIM ASSIST” it says “only in affect for [campaign] / [zombies]”. If anyone knows how to change this for console so that I can snap on to people like in the campaign then let me know cause it’s wildly unfair if it works for PC on multiplayer and not for Console.

Playing on a OP PC with low ping and decent controller aim equals a good or great online player. FPS and Ping make a damn big of difference. Aim settings aren’t going to make a big of a difference without those two. It takes the clunky fill out of the game with smoothly aim and time to kill.

All pro CSGO players try to reduce their FOV via stretch 4:3 aspect ratio as it makes your targets larger on the screen and easier to aim at. Larger FOVs make shooters more difficult. Not easier. But again, this is not a discussion about FOV.

They all say console has extreme aim assist, and that’s why most of them use controllers. However, they’re still on fucking PC whether or not they’re using a controller. I’m on ps5 now and there’s no aim assist. I’ve never noticed aim assist (at least snap aiming) on any cod game except while in campaign. One thing I use is ADS through walls etc because the tracking that occurs when someone actively moves in front of your reticle will still occur through some walls, and gives you info that someone is there. The “snap aiming” in this video is only equivalent to aimbots I used in F2P shooters when I was 12 years old. It looks sus as fuck

Trying it on a Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller and a Scuf Instinct Pro controller on PC with the setting from this video and there's not even a hint of snapping going on. The snapping in this video looks like the snapping we see in Campaign and Zombie modes but there's nothing close to snapping I see in Multiplayer unless i'm missing something.
