I think Peni deserves a higher placement. On attack, she can't be played like other tanks, but that doesn't necessarily mean she's bad at it. It just means instead of setting up a nest and holding one or two angles, you need to be rapidly repositioning and using your stuns to kill/disrupt key enemy players throughout the match. Played well your team can permeantly take and hold ground every time the enemy team has to take a step back even when they're just for heals or to avoid damage.

Hulk gets banned because Iron Man team up is BROKEN.They dont ban IM, because noone cares about him without the boosted dmg.And the added dmg to the most common tank DrStrange makes that ban decision easier.

As a spider-man player, I think the best buff they could give him is to make the web shooters re-loadable. They are in lore and it's really silly that they recharge considering how weak he is right now. It takes forever to get a full set back.

Tbh, I'm not really sure about Venom and Moon Knight being tier A. In Venom's case, he just doesn't fit into any meta comps right now, his team-up is with two niche characters, and while he has a gigantic HP, most of the cases he will just feed into the enemy getting their ults faster. His damage is low, the buff to his ult is nice, but still barely does anything. Moon Knight might be super good on lower ranks, but in my experience people at gold ranks already nuke the ankh the moment it pops up. He is also a prime target for Psylocke and Star Lord, who can just delete him without MK being able to respond to it in most situations. (his 250 hp doesn't help either) His ult got better, sure, but without comboing it with someones, it's still too easy to just...not stand in it.

Venom is still really good for mid to low elo but I do agree with you on how he doesn't fit into "the meta" right now and falls off quiet hard in higher elo. As far as Moon Knight nah I have to disagree. This hero is the actual truth when played well. If you time the ultimate right, no one can leave it and supports can't react to it with an ult because they die. It kills in the first half second of activation and it's one of the fastest generated ultimates. You do have to find 2 situations. 1 were people have no movement and will die insta, or one that is backed by pressure reading how the enemy is pushing or pulling.

His Ult has no windup time, no visual cue that it’s coming, gives excellent map control in the worst case scenario and instakills all squishies while heavily weakening or killing anyone else in the best case scenario, he also gets his Ult really easily. That alone is reason enough for him to be A tier tbh. Very few ults have the potential to do all that all while being virtually unreactable.

I'll say it again. Mr fantastic is dive defence. Chill at the back with the healers and protect them. Give them shields when ppl try to attack them, then attack the diver and then eventually you will turn into big mode which is good against everyone but wolverine. You can come up to the front to solo tank with the healers who should be alive when your tank and dps go down. You should be able to hold out long enough for them to get back to you. He is stupidly better with the invisible girl synergy though and he will fall off hard once that's gone.

As a venom main he’s prob one of the most oppressive tanks in the game, especially if ur playing supp against him in enemy team, if u master how to get in and get out when diving the backline constantly u can have great impact on the game and how the enemy team need to deal with you

they can fix widow by making her rechambering take less time. Its not a guaranteed one shot but it also gives less time for players to just move out of her sight OR make it so she does more damage the further away she is. she can one shot from max range but not from upclose

Personally i find iron fist and moonknight as the perfect mains. If the enemy is too grouped ip for me to pick someone off then ill switch to moonknight, especially if the enemy has a loki. And on the other end when the enemy is spread out and diving you then ironfist can help since he is really good in a 1v1

I think she's actually at her best no even playing highly mechanical rn. Off angle slightly. Farm tanks. Trade your ult for support ults. Clean up fights with team. Still most heroes will fall down a few tiers without aim but in general she doesn't fall off much harder than most rn. Maybe a tier or 2

As a GM Punisher main, I don't see why you put him in A tier. Without the rocket synergy, he can feel extremely lackluster. He basically has to play front to back due to his super poor mobility, lack of escapes and terribly large hitbox. As soon as the enemy has competent divers, you are at the mercy of your team. His ult can be countered very easily, especially since invisible woman is in the game. He is more of a B tier hero in my opinion, since he heavily relies on the team and has certain conditions to shine. Sure, there are games where Punisher can take over the whole lobby, but that needs specific setups and help from your team and gets harder in high elo.
