New Method to farm Gatling Plasma Mod Plans!- Fallout 76

There is an alternate version that may work but it will require you to complete Collision Course each time. Because Holiday Scorch are going it’s a two for one farm. Load into your private world do collision course , leave your world and go to create custom world and cancel when it starts creating that world . Then go back into your private world and Collision Course should be reset and you can do that event again . Is it worth the time ? It all takes some time it’s a grind after all 😊.

Someone said it is tied to the Scorched event. So chances of spawning now is very low as of now. Unless that is false. But will retry again today. I did not know you could not take loot.

I initially knew that the loot at collision course would be different for alternate characters but then I wondered if they would keep changing if I changed back and forth and noticed sometimes it would and sometimes it wouldn’t. That’s when I began to see the connection between the nuke keycard quest and the loot reset.

What if your alternate finds the plan you need? How do you give it to your main character? Thank you

@@trevino73 this is a 1st method, because you need a private world to do it. You need a typical “mule” setup. Your alternate character finds the plan, and is in the same location as the main character on your map. To transfer from one to the other, one drops the desired plan or other object in a container (anything like a suitcase that you can transfer to and from), then logs out, then you switch to the character who will pick it up, and you quicklylog into the same private world and go to the container and pick the object up. It’s very easy with 1st. Without, you can do it, but it depends on having a friend as an intermediary to hold onto it while you switch characters, or at least a friend to anchor to that public world so you can rejoin them on that same world as your other character.

I have 3 alternate characters and they are level 20. I crafted level 30 Glatling Plasima guns and have one in each character. Since my alternate character level is 10 levels below the Glating Plasmas, can I still use your method to farm the new Gatliing Plasma mods? Thanks for creating this KZbin!

@@bikerdude4887 Thank you for commenting and watching the video! Just to clarify, you would want your three alternative characters to learn the Gatling Plasma plan. They don’t have to equip the Gatling Plasma, they just need to be able to craft them before doing the video method. I hope that helps. Let me know if you need any other assistance!

@@Burial_Siteif it didn’t reset it means the five minute timer didn’t finish. Just hop out and hop back in and it will eventually show up. I usually put a timer on to make sure I don’t jump back too early.

@ I’d recommend playing as another character while you wait (any character but your main character) because if you wait as your main, it will fail the quest. The nuke keycard quest should only be on your main.

@@Loy575 It depends! If you manage to hop to a different public server, you may find several crates or none keep jumping in and out. With this method, you are guaranteed to have a crate and continuously loop with loot resetting every 5 minutes for each character you use. Ultimately, it’s your personal choice and what matters the most is RNG being in your favor.

I swear to god fallout 76 has the biggest player base of teeth grinding sun light depleted players that suffer from OCD 😂 imagine doing this like some players do for days and weeks just to find something to make ya gun a tiny bit stronger or faster its insane. I casually found the plans for the stinging core not knowing what they were or value untill i started seeing these types of videos start increasing on yt. So if anyone on the best console x box wants me to craft them one id happily do that.

NO STOP SPREADING WRONG INFO. this is not the fastest or easiest. The best and only true way thats worthwhile is use a private (if you dont have first you dont need this mod as youre too cheap for the investment of the game) check watoga station and pheonix then check berkly aprings station. Then click custom world and as its loading cancel then click private and itll rebuild your world. Rinse and repeat. You can do this method to farm grahm indefinitely at monogah power plant as he starts his route in ALL servers there. I have all the new mods in a single day 8 hour sesh. Didnt spend all 8 farming
