This is a great campsite. Sure glad that the fires are going the other direction. Need to have some rain to put the fires out. Thanks for taking me along with you on this trip.

Great video, as always. I really like your work. I live in NM and would like to know location of NM high country camping area in this video. Any chance you can share location and/or how to access it.

It's off Hwy 96 at Youngsville NM. On the N side of the Valles Caldera. Tons a camping areas once you get up above 9,000 ft.

Beautiful spot man. I've been boondocking up in colorado west of Colo Springs. About 9000 feet. Low 40's at night but the damn smoke was really bothering me so now back in the city/ Albuquerque visiting grandkids. This won't do for long though. Maybe I'll run into you sometime. Take care.

Better watch all those fires in that part of the world. Enjoy and stay safe

Yeah, it was getting very hot and dry, so always careful with my fires.

I like your videos but would enjoy them even more (and subscribe) if you gave GPS coordinates to your beautiful boondocking locations. If that's not possible, perhaps you could say something like, "Starting at 6.5 miles down Forest Road 100, south of Youngsville, (or just past the intersection of FR-100 and FR-99), etc. there are several dispersed campsites." Thanks!

Great camp. Hadn't seen any drone footage in awhile?

I haven't done the mod. that allows me to fly my drone over 8,000 ft. so I was out of luck.

Missed this one I, was in a low cell area, couldn't watch vids. I'm too chicken for fires! Kept me in an RV park, White Mountains AZ. I heard, after the California fires, they're gonna stop that dumb policy of leaving dead trees up.
@K7CARadio7 жыл бұрын
That's ok, I've been in such lousy cell areas the past 4-6 weeks that I've about given up on doing anything on YT. Yeah, I think after this fire season in OR-CA they'll take a serious look at their policy of letting fires burn in Wilderness areas. Fire is a tool and is good for the environment when managed correctly. You can't always manage Mother Nature, but we keep trying and trying.........😢😢😢

Why would you start a fire when there are wild fires. That indicates a problem.
