The Judge said, You (meaning me) have the right to remain silent AND ANYTHING U SAY CAN B & WILL B USED AGAINST U! Then he asked me IF I understood that RIGHT? Well wait a minute. Saying YES is saying something isn't it? I did not respond! WHY?? BECAUSE I WAS TO:LD THAT ANYTHING I SAID CAN B & WILL B USED AGAINST ME! He asked me AGAIN DO U UNDERSTAND THAT RIGHT? THEN he said with much emphasis & great vigor, OHhhhh NOoooo !! U DON:T COME N 2 MY COURT & TRY TO TAKE OVER! THIRRRRRRTAH DAYS! Bailiff get him outta here. Here IS something else. The NM Supreme Court ruled that invalid made without authority court orders ARE THE SAME, made VALID AND MADE WITH AUTHORITY and enFORCEable via the CONTEMPT POWER OF THE COURT! Here is an excerpt. JUDGE BOSSON. The interesting question presented is whether an injunction, even if invalid, insulates Defendant from a contempt citation for its willful violation. We hold that the district court’s injunction exceeded its authority, but we nonetheless affirm the citation for contempt." My question IS, & re: willful violation, how does anyone willingly violate an INVALID MADE WITHOUT AUTHORITY COURT ORDER?? OK!!
