Very informative video. I have the newer 24 model MG HS and have to set all the alerts (speed limiter/lane change/front collision etc) to off again every time i turn car off and on. Is there a way to save these settings?

Thanks for the comment. It is related to safety regulations. The manufacturer cannot turn these features off completely.

Hello Jerry, Thank you in advance for your wonderful videos about MG HS. I drive an MG HS (2023/Facelift) with a petrol engine and DCT and have problems with the steering! My MG workshop doesn't know what to do and has only carried out a general update so far. I'm driving without a lane departure warning and suddenly something (e.g. like the electric motor suddenly interfering) disturbs the steering and works against me! This is especially the case in the middle position, where there is no reasonable straight-line stability and you always have to turn the steering wheel 2-3 degrees against the resistance. It feels as if you have to counter-steer out of ruts in order to get out of the straight line. The steering then hardens in the middle position. The problem always occurs very suddenly at all speeds and is very dangerous! Do you or anyone here have any ideas? Problems with the steering angle sensor, radar setting, steering column are suspected, but there is no solution because it always occurs so sporadically. This makes comfortable driving impossible! Voice command only works under carplay or android connection through your phone. No built in voice command. For phone connection, check cable or use a high quality cable

I own an MG HS 2024. bluetooth is useful only for the calls and NOT for the Spotify Or listening to the music From the device. It is necessary a cable for that. Will that be resolved in future infotainment updates?

It s the only thing that annoys me ! I have a European mg hs 2024 exclusive . I read instructions and sensors dont go off on neutral. You have to manually deactivate sensors from the infotainment even if you are stationary and on neutral. You have to deactivate an option called reverse radar. And the constant beeping stops. The beeping turns to a constant sound if you have items less than 30 cm away fyi. Hope that helps
