New : Milwaukee Hard Hats - Assembly and Review. Possibly the best hard hat ever!

In this video I show you the steps involved to assemble your new Milwaukee Hard Hat. No special tools are required.
In my opinion this is the best hard hat I have owned. The large brim helps protect me from the sun and from falling objects. The vent holes keep me cooler. The accessories like the pencil / marker clip and headlamp bracket are a bonus!
I bought mine at Rona Moffat and Powell in Mitchell, Ontario.

Well at least it used to be made in canada. I just bought a new one today and it's made in the USA. And it's all over the packaging so that you know where they actually made it. But who really cares where it's made as long as it's quality, I won't buy local just because it's local if it's terrible! Edit here: my apologies I just realized I didn't mention this but I was thinking at the whole time watching this video, this was an amazing video!. The speech was not fast it was concise it was clear coherent and it was visually well-presented. This was really good. It was to the point and said Randy to say.

Love the video. But if another moron out there such as myself can’t for the love of sweet chocolate Christ figure out how to clip the suspension onto the actual hat, we need to be shown. That! Or at least drawn out with a crayon.

@@DCC8439 Me too man, i almost broke my fingers trying to get the suspension to clip but that was not happening, until i saw this video, i felt like an idiot. Took the suspension out to see if i damaged it but the plastic is hard and everything seems okay.

After a year of wearing it the hard hat is ok, I reccomend a sunvisor to be attached. If u can afford higher end hardhat go with msa skullgard or a lyft hard hat imo.

Did you end up trying to attach anything to the universal slots? I want to chuck a pair of Peltor 101s or 105s on these. Cheers, Mate! (Price went up at HD to $26ish CAD)

@@MoreBear No problem! From the perspective of an illumination junky most of the Milwaukee headlamps are actually quite good. Lately, S. Ont, a lot of the headlamps have been going on sale at HD: FYI. My only gripe with Milwaukee is that they haven't released the polycarbonate face shield they showed when the released the helmet/hard hat line a few years back. As well as the different colour ways. I asked a Rep and it seemed he wanted to blame COVID-19 but couldn't comment.

There is a know on the back for adjustment of the head size. Unfortunately the 4 nylon straps are not adjustable. Thank you for the question and for watching.
