Hands down one of the best episode of the whole show. Throw Chat Blanc out of the window level of best. The only bad things from this episode is how the heroes in the wedding move like background NPCs from a fighting game, and of course, the babies 😂 12/10, please don't show us the babies ever again 😅

I was surprised to realize but what I believe is that Gabriel really created the alliance rings to transfer the powers of the miraculous into the akumatized villains in order to try and get an upper hand on Ladybug and Cat Noir. It's relieving to know that Marinette declined the ring knowing the danger it could cause with her being Ladybug but I am worried about what's going to happen to Adrien after he unintentionally cataclysmed and scarred his father Gabriel's arm and almost cataclysmed Darker Owl out of anger for the dream of him with Ladybug not being real.

99% of his anger causing him to use his Cataclysm. From what I can remember..... Season 4- 1. Cat Noir tried to use his cataclysm on Scarabella. 2. He cataclysmed the bill boards in Galaciator 2. Now in episode 4 season 5.

Ladybug will eventually need to clear up the "Cat Blanc" situation especially after Cat's saying, "We'll never be akumatized" and Ladybug's reply of "you don't know what you're talking about" in one of the episodes in season four or five (I'm not too sure which one) because I suspect that Cat Noir's mental state will continue to worsen throughout the series. If this gets too out of hand, he could eventually break and get akumatized which, again, due to his mental state, will be EXTREMELY difficult to resolve. EDIT: THEY SHOULD'VE INCLUDED THE HAMPSTER IN LB AND CN'S DREAM. THEY BOTH SAID IN TWO DIFFERENT EPISODES THAT THEY WANTED A HAMPSTER. I'M GONNA CRY

Adrien is looking rough. Just taking a look at how dirty and unkempt his room is, that used to always be clean and tidy, that in itself a good indicator of his mental state. Paired with how heartbreaking it was to wake up from the dream, and almost unliving someone because of it, welp, my poor baby needs a hug asap.

Just streamed this episode on my TV, and it broke my heart more ways in one. For a kids show, they can REALLY make things emotionally devastating and dramatic. It hurt my heart for me to see Ladybug and Cat noir realize their "perfect world" is just a trap. And from the way things ended in this episode, something tells me this incident is REALLY gonna make it awkward if the two find out their real identities and their respective crushes on their real identities. Also, something tells me things for Cat Noir won't be pretty. If he was almost willing enough to "cataclysm" Darker Owl, imagine how he could probably be in future! He could either be an off the reservation hero like Batman (only more brooding) or a brutal villain, either by choice or by Monarch. All I can know for show, this will be a very interesting and emotional season.

I do believe you're right - it's foreshadowing, when we see Cat Noir almost cataclysm Mr Damacles. But here's the spin, whatever it is foreshadowing has to do with the episode Cat Blanc. Remember in Cat Blanc, when Noir goes to cataclysm Shadow Moth in his lair, but he hesitates? Enough for Shadow Moth to reveal his mother's coffin to him - which leads to his akumatisation. Note the parallel in Jubilation, where they defeat Monarch in the same lair. Together, instead of what happens in Cat Blanc - and they win this time. The reason Noir ends up destroying Paris and the moon, in Cat Blanc, is because he cannot cataclysm his father. But guess what - Cat Noir, has already cataclysmed his father, only doesn't realise it yet. Here's another thing Jubilation and Cat Blanc have in common - they get together in a serious way. So my guesstimate with the foreshadowing of Cat Noir, being tempted to cataclysm someone, is that we could see him akumatised into Cat Blanc again. Only this time, he might be able to break free of it like Nino did. Here's why I think so - we know at some point, Marc and Nathaniel are concocting a plan for Marinette to save Adrien from the clutches of his father. In Cat Blanc, just before Noir destroys Paris, LB calls him her, "Prince". ls it possible Cat Blanc, was foreshadowing the Marc and Nathaliel storyline?

Loved the episode! It’s just right up there with Chat Blanc and Oblivio. I think, that the dream, was a mixture of both, the start where the defeat hawkdaddy and the end being chat noirs because we all know how much he loves LB. And what you said about CN nearly cataclysming someone actually lines up with a comic dub I watched. It basically was about how LB and CN killed hawkdaddy to defeat him, CN seperated from LB after he realised it was his father, Adrien felt remorse because he killed his father. They met up 7 years later and chat noir was EXTREMELY different, he was now killing every single villain and criminal he could find. Ladybug told him that there was a human behind the mask and that he should stop, he brought up Gabriel’s murder and ladybug yelled back with tears in her eyes that she regretted just as much as he did. He seperated from her again and continued killing villains and criminals. I don’t think he’ll go that far, but it looks like it had the potential too if LB doesn’t stop him now.

I'm quite sure, Gabe is not the obstacle -> there will always be hero duty on them; even after Gabe. It's themselves. If Adrien woudln't have said "m'lady", it would never have happened. (Su Han was already wrong in the first place, so it was already logical, the episode would reset in the end.) But now Adrien and Marinette are growing, and they will come to a point, where they won't fumble anymore - even before the end of this season; where they will be able to start their journey together, even before they have definitely defeated Hawky.

Every time Chatnoir / Adrien is akumatized its when Hawkmoth knows hes Chat, Because Adrien is a sentimonster, So when Hawkmoth knows he can control him he makes him obay him, This also explains why it took him so long to tell his Father he doesn't want to be a model.
