That's unbelievable!! how much do they reherse before the show?
@istvanbalogh8254 Жыл бұрын
They don’t. Many jazz musicians get together and don’t even know each other, we count 1234 and Jam and people think we’ve rehearsed for days. That’s what jazz is all about!! 12 bar blues and Play !!

@@istvanbalogh8254 I was going for that answer but I still think they have to communicate a couple of things before the show.

@@jala_penossThis and most bands play a well-known common set of tunes called “Jazz standards” that all pro musicians are expected to know how to play by memory. “Inner Urge” is definitely one of those tunes. Jazz groups only rehearse if there’s gonna be brand-new original compositions being played or a radical new arrangement of an old song. In general, very little rehearsal is needed for a regular gig.

that s a much better mix, piano in solo could have little more, same level as kurts solo, why not? it s as least the same quality, thanks for all nice postings here Anton Goldsmit deserves more volume, in tribute to wes, or rest band softer, like it was normal in the 50 ties and sixties till 68/69 Woodstock.

@peterbeets Жыл бұрын
The problem is the piano, not the microphones. ;)
