Thanks for this content! as you mentioned that there are too many differing information around and it can get confusing when it comes to mm2h. i Wonder why the gov wont create a simple infographics on the terms and conditions. Would be very helpful and reduce the chances of being scammed by fake agents

@@pewpewboomboom I was thinking agent can't scam you as eventually you have to sign in front of lawyer and lawyer will tell you whether are you qualified to buy that property or not but.... Yeah if malicious/ unlicensed agent is scamming for deposit then..... Hmmmmm

If you already bought a property before the visa is approved it still counts, right? Is there a time limit on this? Like if you bought a property 3 years ago and then get the MM2H approved does this still qualify? Thanks

Qualify, but, now you triggered another question: if I got the visa now, does that mean the property purchased earlier cannot sell within 10 years? You need to refer an MM2H agent But , I think, you are not affected if you purchased earlier , the 10 years not binding you, my guess, if you purchased before / earlier than MM2H approved

Thx for the info. So for the latest mm2h: 1. Over 50yrs of age, no minimum days stay requirement? 2. Is the minimum propert purchase value 700K or 1million(state minimum?) for KLAC? 3. 50% of the deposit can be used to purchase the 1st property?

@inconvenient-truth99 I think I am right but you need to check with the agents over there because I don't handle that area at the moment : Usually it is State dictate but I believe, I believe, most of the State will follow MM2H unless those landed house that is really expensive area like KL and those areas with initial threshold lower than MM2H , then follow MM2H
