Beautiful view and spacious foyer on entry. Amazing staging. Love the owners suite shower. En suite is amazing. Beautiful outdoor kitchen, dining and birdcaged pool. Love that the front bedroom has an en suite. Would’ve like a 1/2 bath so guests would’ve have to use the 3rd bathroom by the 3rd bedroom and close it off as an en suite. The bedrooms are spacious. There’s a lot of open space to squeeze in a 1/2 bath. Beautiful home. Could imagine the price.

Hi Linda, The builder is no longer listing base prices. They are now building the homes and putting them up for sale at a price that includes the lot and upgrades. They are pricing out around 1 million in Wesley chapel. They are considerably cheaper in Solivita which is located near Orlando.
