Lovely lovely home. Kudos to the designer that put all this together with the decorations. Love all the lighting fixtures. Love the different textiles in the bathrooms. All the extras that they have put into this home is what brings it alive. Beautiful design work.

Hey Paul. The houses look huge in the drone view and you just confirmed. I love when the open concept consists of the dining/living:kitchen and nook all in the one space. Couldn’t tell if the kitchen table was attached to the island but like. Love the covered lanai and birdcage pool. Nice primary. Love the door to the pool area. Love the his/her closets. Love the separate sinks. The female side has a vanity. Spacious shower with seat. Oh. Bedroom and bathroom upfront. Spacious laundry. Another bedroom and bathroom. No the stairs placement is unique. Lovely loft/flex space. And another bed and bath? Amazing. This is a lovely layout for those that don’t mind stairs. Nice one. Thanks so much and see you next video.

Demand is too high. I recently read that the US is short 30 million homes. Hopefully it will slow down to give people financing a chance to purchase.
