I have been making the spinach/banana muffins since you showed them a few months ago. My blender broke so I use my food processor for the wet ingredients only. No kids at home so having bits of spinach is ok. I freeze them. Also I add something different every time and they are delicious. And I don't use any flour just whole oats. It's one of those recipes that you can't mess up. They turn out yummy every time and no additives or preservatives. It's a winner 💜💙💚💛🧡

Love, love, love the Uncrustable idea with cutting off the edges of the bread. My almost 12 year old hates the edges when she makes sandwiches. She peels them off but wastes the bread too. I made the muffins this morning. I was expecting mine to turn out a light green color like yours but they turned out pretty dark. The inside is light though Thankfully it tastes good!

I’ve been making homemade uncrustables for years now. I have one tip for freezing, if you lay them separated on a flat baking sheet in the feeezer for a few hours first and then put them in a reusable freezer bag together it will keep them from sticking together. If you have that problem. I had that issue but it might just be with my brand of bread. Love your videos Tiff ❤
