That was amazing behaviour from slinky how he reacted with prey drive when he saw the new sandals but quickly recognised you at the last minute thus avoiding a disaster with your feet! Just demonstrates further the amazing intelligence of monitor lizards!

I think I would wait until Bobby and inky get a little bigger before I’d move them into those enclosures. But, if you make sure a diamond python incident can’t happen, and there’s nothing that will threat their health like ants and the such, I say go for it!

I was hoping you could give me some tips on what wood I should harvest that would be safe for my young corn snake to climb around on. I recently purchased a forty gallon as her permanent home.
