00:23 Stinky is always hungry. He wants to eat enough. 01:32 Moomin didn’t want to eat food he didn’t like. His parents said that he may have starved if he didn’t eat them. but he didn’t know the meaning of “starve.” Then they laughed at him. 02:18 Moomin asked Snufkin about the meaning, but he couldn’t understand. Snufkin said “You will find whether starvation is scary if you experience.” 03:41 Moomin’s friends laugh at him because they know the meaning of the word. (I think that Moomin wants to know not just the meaning of the word, but how he feels when he is starving.) 04:04 Moomin’s father is polishing the big spoon which is an heirloom. It is reported that it saved lives of residents in Moominvalley from starvation and droughts. 05:00 Stinky finds out the existence of the spoon. 06:01 Moomin has a dream that he is forced to eat food he doesn’t like. When he wakes up from the dream, he thinks that his parents tell him to eat food he doesn’t like because of the spoon. 07:09 Stinky asks Moomin to lend the spoon because he is gluttonous and hungry every day. Moomin lends it because he doesn’t like it. 09:34 Moomin’s father had a dream that the spoon disappeared, so he checks the shelf, and notices that there’s not the spoon in it. Moomin’s mother goes for a police chief. 11:08 The police chief is going to ask Moomin about last night, but Moomin is not there. 11:33 Moomin confessed that he had lent Stinky the spoon in a letter. Moomin is looking for Stinky. Moomin’s father goes into a rage to hear that. 13:25 Moomin’s father says that he goes for a walk and leaves home. Moomin’s mother is amazed. 13:37 Moomin’s father is hunting for Stinky. 14:13 Moomin’s mother is hunting for Stinky too. She sees Moomin’s father who is hunting for Stinky. 14:44 Moomin’s father wonders Moomin went to Lonely Mountains. Moomin’s mother is worried about him, but Moomin’s father is sure he is okay. 15:28 Snufkin notices the light of the top of the mountains. 15:45 The police chief also notices it. 16:13 Moomin also notices it. 16:33 Moomin notices that the light’s identity is that spoon. Stinky is impressed with the spoon and delighted with a lot of food. 17:20 Moomin falls down the cliff. 17:29 Stinky doesn’t notice ⬆️ 17:47 Stinky tries to serve dessert from the spoon, but only stones appear. 18:12 Sorry-oo and Snafkin find out Moomin who is buried under snow. Snafkin leaves Moomin to Sorry-oo, and climbs a cliff. 18:27 Stinky still tries to serve dessert. Then the spoon starts to go on the rampage. Snafkin stops the rampage. 18:56 Stinky asks Snafkin why the spoon served only stones. Snafkin answers it is because the spoon doesn’t serve food to people who are lazy and stuffed. Stinky is disappointed. 19:22 The spoon serves food to starving Moomin, but he refuses to eat, so Stinky eats. 19:34 They sees the police chief who comes there to discover the cause of the light. 20:25 Moomin is amazed that how delicious foods are and they are what he didn’t like. 20:39 Snafkin says “Over little things, you come to eat things even if you don’t like them.” Snafkin, the police chief, and Stinky leave Moomin’s house. 21:00 Moomin’s father chases Snafkin. 21:12 Moomin’s father thanks Snafkin for saving Moomin. 21:30 Snafkin says “ I think tastes are completely different. I think life would be bland and boring if everyone ate the same food, was impressed by the same things, and read the same books.” and says goodbye to Moomin’s father. 21:59 Stinky asks Moomin’s father to hand over the spoon to him, but he gives up. I think there are a lot of mistakes… I’m sorry !
