Talking about food and spirituality- when I got married and cooked in the kitchen for the first time - my husband requested me to pray in my mind when I touch flour / cook meals for the family. He was taught this by his mother and her mother-in-law told her - the prayer goes in the food that we then eat. Happily cooked food is tastier. 5 years on, I do it naturally now and now my mum has started doing it too..

Today on the beach a lady was doing some sort of ritual - she had a bamboo cane in her hand & she was walking back and forth in the same area whilst the waves were hitting the shore. She was making a pattern which seemed to be the shape of an 8 or/and infinity. 8 is a very connected & important number for me. I've talked about the infinity symbol many times in my life. She did this for quite some time. I sat and observed her. She was in a peaceful trance like state and yet very focussed on her dance. To me she was harnessing the energies of the waves and at the same time paying homage to that energy. It felt like she was cleansing the area which incidentally the local council have tried to take off the locals who've used it for decades. I'm so intrigued now to see what the outcome will be as many locals have said they will denounce the council - a serious action in Spain. A Cormorant & a Heron have been flying around too. Cormorant = Odyssea who wins in the end after many battles. Heron = balance between Land, Water & Sky How nature speaks to me is truly amazing & magical. "The signs shall follow you"

Here in NY and along the east coast we’ve experienced a very debilitating week-long heat wave. It blew-out Sunday night with a succession of wild winds storms and heavy rains knocking down trees, electric power lines with all services power out and many blocked roads. These storms keep blowing in with sudden and increasing intensity and with dramatic temperatures drops of 40+ degrees from very hot to cold with hail. Repairs are ongoing but there is an unsettled atmosphere in nature that of course is felt by people and animals in corresponding physical symptoms of incoherent sleep patterns, fatigue and physical pain that parallels the broken trees and power grid breakdown. I'm definitely feeling the extreme suffering of animals lately. Similar to how I felt when I went vegan in 2009. I was experienced cognitive dissonance and ate eggs/cheese/occasional meat over the past few years and the last two months the grief has pierced my heart again, so back to vegan I go. I cannot fathom living on this planet with this overwhelming suffering of the voiceless. I pray more people wake up 🙏

@@zen1281 Humans have voices, I'm not sure how you can say otherwise. My compassion and empathy for the horrific plight of other animals does not negate my compassion and empathy for humans. The difference is animals can't speak up for themselves and have very very few people advocating for them. When they cry in pain and fear, they cry to a human species who have intentionally kept their suffering behind walls and cages so we could collectively turn our eyes and ears away so we didn't have to face this cruel darkness. If people could truly See and Feel the horror that takes place before flesh hits their dinner plate I imagine most would have a change of heart of what they define as food.

Another wonderful video of knowledge and astrology. I have been feeling the Neptune RX then as I have been emotional, crying, not being able to put my finger on why I feel rubbish. I felt lost and then feel recharged a bit then dip again. I just wanted to drop this here: the Sunday global meditations seem to be increasing in potency of frequency. I have been joining these for several months and my experience is that this collective energy is gaining power. I love this oasis in the face of so much absolute clown car absurdity in our mundane collective narrative. The meditations been a haven for me as my frequency raises, which can disorienting and manifest on all levels of my being. I get so much comfort joining this quantum field of other sacred souls.
