I have been trying to give up smoking for a long time, knowing it holds me back from accessing my inner power. It's been my crutch to allow my fear to hold me in old patterns that don't align with my spiritual growth now. The other night I couldn't sleep and thought I was going to die. 2 bad nights. Miraculously, I have no desire to smoke now. I feel stronger mentally. This new moon feels right to get me back on track to bring forth my confidence in life! Hello dear, brewing tea from red clover flowers (trifolium incarnatum) will help keeping the desire of smoking away. Best if grown by you, even indoors, it's great as a companion plant for any pot plant. Not suggested during pregnancy. *also not to be used if you are using any other plant medicine for this purpose or pharmaceuticals

Look after and love yourself first. Don't look for external validation from toxic people even if you are related to them. Stand up for yourself, grey rock or no contact. Don't be afraid of being content and living for you. Parents are just people too, see them as individuals not just their societal roles, if you would tell a friend to protect themselves then you tell yourself what you would tell a cherished friend.
