We got one, only one Mothra during all of 2024. Aqua Mothra. And that's one of Leo's many alternate forms. Also, if you count Leo as a separate character, then this is only the third proper Mothra in the game.

to all the biased and confusion of people just see mothra 2024 i personally think it not that bad for them to add mothra 2024.. of course they reused the model of mothra 2019 but.. when you think about it the gbl mothra 2019 model look similar to the mothra 2024 a lot more than her 2019 counterpart in the godzilla king of the monster design i guess that toho think their design of mothra 2019 look a lot of similar to 2024 one so i guess they just reused it.. and from the trailers they showed i can see that she going to cost around 4-5 energy and you ask why? because in this trailer hint us that skar king using his slam attack which is he only use that attack on unit that had 5 or lower energy so this mean that this mothra actually cost lower than her 2019 counterpart im pretty sure she is a defensive unit because of it seems like she work like how showa jet jaguar (1973) but with wakasa bay godzilla pulse.. maybe she great for protect evol goji alt.. not sure how that work if skar king can just grab him and drag all the way to a push and there no way for her to protect him

We don't know her stats yet, and note she is keeping Skar King at bay, Skar just got a big range buff, so this might completely shut down melee ranged characters.
