Strawberry Crisp Recipe

My Crepes recipe
3 eggs
1 cup milk
2 cups water
4 tbsp melted butter
1tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups flour
Whisk all together vigorously. The batter should be watery but not too watery to the point that it can't keep away from the edges of the pan.
Add butter to a med-high non stick pan with until it melts and then ladle the batter on to the pan and cook the crepes to desired doneness. Adult heat as needed depending on cooktop.
*add water/flour as needed to get a thin batter consistency. Your first pancake will be a trial one to get your consistency right.

If you spread strawberry's on a cookie sheet and throw them in the freezer for a bit once there frozen you can put them in a bag and enjoy them in winter too😊
