I always love your videos. They feel like a warm hug. I am so happy that Saga has wonderful new parents and a Grandmother (you) to hold her paw. My last pet passed away in 2012. Since my entire family had passed away, I no longer have a back-up system to care for pets when I am unable to do so. Really pleased to see you posted a video and featuring Stockholm in the summer as I'm suffering serious withdrawal from my visit there for the first time last week with my eldest for an 18th birthday gift. After watching your videos for so long I knew I would like it. But I didn't know I would love it so much I want to move there! As a Canadian living in UK it ticked every box I miss about my hometown: the islands, ferries to those islands, water to get to in minutes, city beaches, quality of life, a farther escape if necessary (Vaxholm)- loved spending a day there though too touristy for me - would love to go in autumn off season. But it was even better than my hometown: the transportation (SL really is the best city transport and metro system in the world), the cleanliness, the clever design in most infrastructure to reduce the busyness of a city. I could go on. Södermalm was such a great vibe- went on endless thrifting adventures. And after seeing you visit Skansen years ago, and thinking 'that place looks right up my street I must go' I finally did! And it was beautiful and sunny too. Loved the tea shop just down from it as well. My eldest and I plan to return again. Fingers crossed maybe even live there! I am beginning to learn Swedish 😊 Every time I saw or heard Hejdå, I always thought of your fabulous videos. I can't believe I finally got to experience such a unique and beautiful city I've only till now watched on YT.

I don't blame you for wanting to move there. For me all it took was a 2-week holiday in Stockholm and four months later I was living there.:D After three amazing years I had to move back for personal reasons and it broke my heart. I couldn't stop thinking about my life there. But this year, after the longest four-year break I'm moving back to my home country. That's really how I think about Sweden - my home country. Every time I'm going there and the plane is landing, I cry so much out of happiness. So go for it, you will not regret it!

I’m from India and love everything Nordic. Simple, efficient, warm, cozy, peaceful - hallmarks of the Nordic way of life. I know I can never be a part of that world, but I’d love to visit one of the Nordic countries atleast once in my lifetime. Not sure if it can happen with the anti immigration sentiment growing in Europe. At least, KZbin satisfies my wanderlust virtually. I watch videos from the Nordic countries, Switzerland, Japan and South Korea to remind myself that life can be beautiful and peaceful while living in an overcrowded and dirty country called India. There’s a rescue center here in Sweden that pick up mal treated dogs in other parts of Europe. Hundar Utan Hem. When Saga came they drove a specially fitted van from Ireland to Sweden. Another van came from Poland at the same time. They do such an amazing job!

It was lovely taking a “trip” around some Stockholm sites. Saga is beautiful. Thank you to son and Victoria for going to a greyhound rescue. They have the sweetest dispositions. I love it when they are really happy and their teeth chatter. Greyhounds are truly 40 mile/hour couch potatoes. (That’s a term often used in the USA to describe them). Bonus is a typical kitty. If you want to read or do a crossword, they want to be in your lap. Your summer house is also just beautiful.
