I was afraid to order yarn online but Crystals tutorials really put my mind at ease. I have purchased from Mary maxim ( Canada ) and Hobbii from Denmark . Not disappointed at all . From hobbii i always order big so I don't have to pay for shipping. From Denmark depending on the yarn the duty is free . Don't order through fed ex or through a broker cost more . Just use your countries post . I've now ordered 6 huge orders from hobbii ,1 from Mary maxim and ,1 from yarn Canada . I trust Crystals , her opinion is spot on. Take care

Lovely surprise box! I used to buy from Herrschners quite often (I don't get out much), but the last time I ordered, I sent it in the mail with a check. It was for 20 balls of some clearance yarn. I never got a confirmation email, so I called them. They said they never got the check, yet when I called my bank they had, in fact, cashed the check but never sent my yarn. It took a month to get a refund after jumping through hoops. I haven't ordered from them since. But I'm going to have to do something soon, because I'm running out of yarn!!! I'm glad your experiences have been positive.

Love the Foliage wool blend (if only I could use wool!!). The LB mystery boxes from Herrschners were ok but I wouldn’t buy them! Liked the Shawl in a Balls were nice. I am a huge mystery box lover. There used to be an auction place near me that people would bring in all kinds of stuff they wanted to get rid of. Sometimes it would be a mystery box that is filled with all kinds of stuff. I would love to bid on them to take the box home. Most of the time you can go though the box before hand. But when you get it home to go through I would find more that I didn't see. It was great fun.
