1. Would have been very nice to show the amenities (gym, swimming pool, lifts, parking, garbage collection points). A lot of developers promise these when constructing but never deliver. 2. What about water storage tanks? 3. Which road are they on? 4. How many units in the compound? 5. How many parkings for tenants and visitors?

@@zienlifestyle Many thanks for your response. From experience developers don't put the amenities in the Sales Agreement so one is at their mercy when the finished product differs from the one in the brochure. The challenge of buying off-plan.
