I think the most broken part about Neeko currently is you have no fast way of telling your team if you spot Neeko in disguise. You can ping danger but most of your team are just gonna assume your being annoying, and by the time they realize it's already too late.

Easiest way to make this balanced or at least a little less annoying would be to just make you able to see when she begins casting even while transformed. Her ult is powerful enough, no need for it to be unreactable as well.

And they added a knock-up so you cant flash while she's casting ulti , that means she has no counterplay rn. Invisible ulti and even if you see her casting her ulti you cant do anything because you're in hard cc and you cant flash out. Neeko only seems op right now because players haven't adjusted. Given it a bit of time and eventually players will learn. It's the exact same with any clone champion or camouflage champion. You just need to be paying attention at all times, just as you would against an evelynn/twitch/akshan/leblanc/wukong/shaco.
