Amber took the screenshots/video scrolls of the deuters text the day of the plane ride. Yeahh screenshots and video scrolls with metadata of May 25th 2014. She was really counting on those. Meaning she was planning to use the texts since the day of the flight. Parts of them are most likely fake. They couldn't be found on Deuters phone AND Johnnys lawyers asked Amber's lawyers to find backups of Amber's texts using their own expert, they didn't. Her own lawyers also blocked Stephen deuters deposition. That "expert" for the UK "Cohen" only looked for COMPUTER back ups not iPhone. They've never even been verified to contain the content they've been said to contain She then wrote an email to herself dated the day after the flight the kick to next day to add documentation According to Dr Kipper texts she kept pushing the marriage date closer. Johnny didn't want to get married. He also alludes to the marriage date with Dr Alan blaustein his therapist. Why is she so obsessed with marriage? She also said that Johnny asked the flight attendant to do drugs with him. She dropped that allegation when the attendant came on rebuttal for Johnny.

Watching this reminded me of two things about her in the trial this year. You can always see when she is about to lie. She starts looking around, like maybe there's a story over there she can tell! Also, she goes from "crying voice" back to normal so fast. At the trial, she'd be telling some awful story, her face all contorted, you almost believe her... then someone would object or some other interruption, and she's back to normal again. That is bizarre. I would not believe this woman if she told me the sky is blue and the grass is green. You throw away people's trust like this, you will end up alone. Well, maybe some bots on Twitter. :)

Two months for her to be prepared and this is a disaster. This is cause she didn’t feel she had to do anything cause she thought this would be a piece of cake and nothing she had to prepare for. Disrespect doesn’t even describe her and her lawyers at this disposition. This is what happens when it’s all based on lies and her bullshit she is making up as she goes and her lawyer knows it which is why he is has her loligaging around. You don’t need to be knowledgeable of body language to know she is full blown lying but makes it hard to be sure of that bc she is actually describing her own actions but stating it was JD. If this were true her stories would flow but she is all over the place and too much pausing which is a clear indication she is lying and making up a narrative to turn him into the monster when clearly it’s her! I believe he smashes stuff out of complete anger and doing it since he won’t put his hands on her!

Yeah that's the big problem for me. When this depo was done, all of this was fresh in her mind. There is NO WAY she wouldn’t back her computer to back this up if she’s enduring what she claims. She sounds EXACTLY like my ex down to the tea.

If you listen to Melanie Inglessis' testimony, she says she took Amber's phone for a night just before she filed for divorce (so that she wouldn't talk to Johnny, and continue with her plan - mind you, Melanie still believes here that Johnny beat her). Then the next day Amber messages her with her iPad that she wants her phone back. So I'd guess her messages sync with her iPad?
@eammbutler13232 жыл бұрын
Also she, a ridiculously well paid actor, one who seemed to pay for nothing for the years of them being together, couldn't get a phone and phone plan of her own after filing for a TRO and divorce? That meanness and entitlement.

Thanks again for all your hard work. One thing that has stuck in my mind, with being a dog owner. If I knew that something had smashed ie the glass/ bottle. I would immediately, and thoroughly clean that up, as there is no way that I would want either of my dogs standing on cut glass and possibly cut their paws. So now she not only happily lies in a bed that her dog uses as a toilet, she also happily lies there with shattered glass all over the floor that anyone, human, or canine, could stand in and cut themselves. Not only is she doing a very good job at painting herself as a narcissistic liar, she is also suggesting that she doesn't need to clean up her messes as the housekeepers will do it. I dread to think what the housekeepers had to put up with having her to clean up after, and I would love to have been a fly on the wall to see what they actually thought of her. She is an absolute disgrace, surely she knows that every time she tries to lie herself out of a situation she is only making herself look like a hell of a mess. She would get so much respect if she actually came out, admitted everything that she did, and apologised, but we all know that is never going to happen. How she still has "friends" is beyond me, I can imagine that once she loses the appeal, what hangers on she has left will soon disappear. Strangely I can't wait for the next installment.
