She always tried to stand in front of him and any interview he would barely talk, when he did he was always looking to her to see if he said the wrong thing... she never gave a flying shit if something she said bothered him... the evidence she is lying is just so much and the stuff she does have doesn't line up or match anything she said happened. When I found out they were dating I said "oh no she's guna ruin your life"... she has evil bitch all over her face and always has. Whitney went on the stand and told a salacious story about Depp describing AH’s “ass” in front of her friends and family. The two girls have conflicting stories. I'm surprised that Rocky didn't claim, as Amber did, that she could actually pay for all of it herself - after all, she was a jewelry maker with 3 whole months experience.

Josh heard through the steel doors Rocky saying goodnight. Yet no one, with master keys able to enter as they please, heard Amber screaming from this alleged violence? 2. Amber stated in her depo, that night Lily-Rose + boyfriend were staying in the middle penthouse, and that they came in to get weed from the office, and therefore could have left the poop on the bed.... (Lily would have done one of three things: a) been at meeting with her dad, and arrived to penthouses with him; b) was already at penthouses and didn't go to the dinner even when dad arrived; c) arrived later having been out) therefore Lily-Rose+boyfriend risked hearing the commotion of "JD screaming, dragging amber by her hair, and breaking the bed with his boot(?! Loud cracking?!) whilst punching the back of her head, neck, spine" from the hallway, from the penthouse adjoining, or walking in on it all happening when going for weed from Johnny's office, as Amber claims Lily was there in her deposition for this TRO / RO hearing. This doesn't make sense.... If noise did travel enough for Josh to hear good-byes in the corridor.... And so many people had master keys to all the penthouses, and Lily was in the adjoining PH and coming to get weed..... How come no one heard JD being violent? How come JD wasn't worried about someone walking in to hear him being violent? Why wasn't JD worried his daughter would hear/see him being violent? Amber put a huge hole in her story by placing Lily in that middle penthouse. Furthermore, on the stand in VA, one of them said Whitney had heard the argument on the mezzanine stairs from the same apartment bedroom that Lily was in on the birthday night.... ...... Meaning, noise travels enough to hear an argument. On her 30th party, Amber was allegedly dragged up the stairs by her hair up that mezzanine level, so again, why couldn't Lily have heard, seen, accidentally walked in? JD would NOT have risked Lily witnessing this. No way on earth would he have risked that. Amber took a massive gamble that Lily (and Jack) would not be called given she opened the door to it with her TRO depo saying Lily-Rose+boyfriend were in the adjoining PH, and coming to get weed from PH3, on the night of her birthday dinner & poopgate. Sorry, long...... Just the stories conflict and have so many holes and WTF moments.

@@merlith4650 I never said she’s in love with Amber, but they were extremely close. Since amber is a manipulator and sleeps with almost everyone she knows. The fact Rocky had a master key to all the apartments and went in Johnnys and ambers penthouse constantly and would get in bed with her. Yes I definitely think they hooked up. I think Amber is a lesbian who uses and abuses men to get what she wants and for money. Rocky only lied with Amber because Amber promised them they would keep the good life they had on Johnny’s dime and she was dating elon too. So she would have had to millionaires taking care of her and her freeloading friends. What Amber’s friends got on jonnny’s dime, people only dream about. So they met with lawyers and set Johnny up for may 21st incident, so they could try to intimidate johnny into supporting amber, so she would keep that lifestyle. Rocky looks way too guilty and her stories don’t even match amber’s. Why not bring your phone to this deposition if your best friend was really abused by a man, and she would have taken a lot of photos of this actual abuse. Imagine getting hit by a man numerous times with rings on each finger! Come on they all knew exactly what they were doing, they just thought johnny would get scared and it wouldn’t go as far as it did.

You are talking about a woman who invited James Franco over at night in Johnnys penthouse and then a few nights later had a threesome with Elon and Cara. This is what amber has always done, she uses her sexuality and looks to get what she wants. That’s why she lost her looks now because she doesn’t and didn’t realize how much damage her lies could do to someone.

She can say there was no frustration all she wants but even just the way she talked about the awkwardness of someone showing up 2 hours late was dripping with judgment and attitude. Im a very emotionally needy person and i can't even imagine being concerned about my birthday while my significant other is having an incredibly ominous meeting with their accountant over corrupt business managers and near bankruptcy... let alone be upset with them about it. How does that not take precedent? These people all act like spoiled teenagers. On top of that, there's a lot of celebs that are late a lot and he's one of them. I dont think they do it to be shitty, they do it because they have a lot of demands on their time and energy... and also because it takes a lot to show up as them. If I had to do anything remotely social after a meeting like that, I would need some time to work on my energy and get in the right head space to show up right and not bring the party down and ruin it. I guarantee i would be 2 hours late too, i struggle on good days. But for all of my showing up late, im welcomed when i get thete, not judged. And it's not like u can fault him for scheduling either because that was definitely an urgent matter. The whole thing is just so damn silly. I bet it's a relief for him to be playing with grownups now.
