They can’t be called the mighty ducks anymore because Disney does not own the team. They had to get rid of the name mighty because of the movie the Mighty Ducks. But you and me and other fans can still think of them as the Mighty Ducks but it’s great to see that logo again.

Man, stinks that the Coyotes are down. I like their logo. At any rate, I like the new logos, and I can't wait for the new season to start. Also, I hope you get to check out the NBA G-League soon and hopefully branch towards international leagues like the J.League soccer league.

@TheBandit025Nova but yes. That's the situation of the Coyotes today. This is how the Cleveland Browns situation started. In the 1995 former Browns owner, Art Modell wanted a new stadium because Cleveland Stadium was inadequate so he proposal a new stadium but the city denied and he threatened to relocated to Baltimore and try to bring back the Colts which they're now in Indianapolis. Browns fans rioted to Art, and he decided to move the players and equipment staff only to Baltimore to become the Super Bowl champion Ravens. This led to the Browns suspending operations until 1999 when the new stadium, now called "Huntington Bank Stadium," was built, and they reactivated as technically as an expansion team as the NEW Cleveland Browns 2.0. So, if the Browns did before, the Coyotes could do it as well

From what I heard, "Yeti" won the vote, but it isn't a done deal yet. They are presently negotiating naming rights with the makers of Yeti water coolers, and they won't be able to use that name unless the two sides can reach an agreement.

It'll be interesting to see if they return, I'd love that! As of now the owner has released his claim on the the team, so they are inactive and the league has not made it clear if they are going to fold or seek new ownership. I think they have until 2029, but I could be wrong.
