NEW Ninjago Mountain & Zoo Moved!? LEGO City Update

In this video, I make some BIG CHANGES TO THE LEGO CITY! We're talking Ninjago Mountain - destroyed and rebuilt, zoo moved, and a new layout for that section of the LEGO city. I prefer the new mountain and the fresh design looks fantastic. However, there is still lots of work to do... so that's what I'll be working on next!

I'm not gonna lie, I was not a fan of that big old square grey mountain. It was a bit of an eyesore in your beautiful Lego city after seeing it for some time. The changes you just made are perfect! The new mountain design is wonderful! Removing the creek from the Zoo also made it so much better and will give you more freedom and flexibility as you mentioned. Fantastic changes!

This new mountain looks a lot better than the old one. And the new river on the mountain looks great, as well as the waterfall portion. The new river and the mountain are just a wonderful upgrade to the city. This is the best change I've seen so far. Great job.

You should add a few ice cream pieces in white at the base of the waterfall to create that waterfall foam splashing water effect! Also, that new mountain looks so much better!

The new mountain looks amazing. Great work. Maybe consider moving the lower waterfall more to the front. Right now it's hidden behind the zoo wall. And having the stairs/hiking trail right next to the waterfall would look great.

The new mountain looks great! The red temple, the Temple of Airjitzu, is my favorite set of all time and you’ve definitely done it justice with that placement!

Love the new location of the mountain. You made a great decision with moving it and downsizing it. I was unsure at first when the video first started but seeing the end result is awesome. I look forward to seeing what you do next. Hope you and your family have a relaxing day :)

love it bricksie! question... have you thought about taking down the fence between the Zoo and Ninjago? lion enclosure can be walled it by the mountain side. the waterhole in the crocodile enclosure can connect with the stream that comes down the mountain and you can use mountain pieces to close them up as well... and then move the africa enclosure and swap in the pandas leaving them open with only the stream as the boundary between them and the fishing shacks.

Maybe build some kinf of swing bridge from the rised ninjago platform towards the cornered termple. It would look so cool :D

Looking good. It's way cooler using all Lego instead of wood, for the supports. But I'm not against using wood or anything else for sure!

Putting it out there - have you thought about the zoo on the middle of the back and then raised platform on either side? That way you could keep Ninjago together, and keep the variation you were looking for. Best of luck!

One issue there is maintaining the space under the raised platforms for the trains to run.

You should move the aquarium next the mountain and have it go under the ninjargo city lake were nocturnal animals could be such ad bat's and owls along with the aviary. Also you could use the tiles from the globe set to mark areas of the zoo.

Great idea to move the mountain. How about a waterfall from the canal down the cliff face into the zoo then you can make a water park for dolphins.

new mountain looks amazing, much better than the previous one Heres a thought. please consider!... move the ninjago stuff off the raised platform down to next to the mountain, continue this across to the venetian houses. then have a bridge (and river?), and on the other side of the river start the zoo, almost where it was before! and then the raised platform. that way all the water bits are together and more coherent. the ninjago water up on the raised platform logically doesnt make sense, plus its also ninjago stuff on both sides of the zoo.

When you decided to build that massive MILS plate I was like...will he be able to get it to the hole and will it fit??? And of course, it did. Then I felt your pain when you placed the one Ninjago building and it crumbled....I was like NOOOOOOO....but you were able to get it back and placed!! Great vid as always!!

Love it. One crazy idea that could look cool would be a massive bridge that goes all the way across the zoo stretching from the mountain on one side to the ninjago city platform on the other, so that the people can be on a bridge looking down on the animals the whole way across.
