I severely doubt all of these companies would post pictures without knowing they would be safe from legal action. Not a lot of companies will want to ruin their relationship with Nintendo. Maybe the NDA ended.

I fully believe at this point they’re gonna wait until March to reveal it. Why? The only reason that the accessories manufacturers are able to to talk about the new system and show off all their accessories as that whatever NDA they signed must’ve expired. Obviously Nintendo didn’t think that the expiration date would be a problem because they were probably gonna reveal it before the NDA expired. The only reason that I can think of that they haven’t reveal it yet is that something went wrong with the system they’re scrambling to fix it
