My elderly parents rushed out to buy the old Nissan Note as the roof line and seats are higher. All their friends have them for the same reason. Shame no car builder out there builds a car for the over 60's. There is a huge market of well off older people that have money to buy a car. They just need one that is easy to get in and out of. None of my parents friends will buy this one.

Actually guys, the Nissan Note was around waaaay longer than the Samsung Note so if anyone should be suing anyone here its Nissan.

Well it was in the past, wait and see the next Modus, as you know Renault part own Nissan, just noticed the new "Renault Captur" at the Geneva Motor show, looks stunning.

If they were going to, they would have already. Besides, the word "Note" is rather vague. I don't think Samsung will feel any competition. If anything they would want their Note used in the Note.
