I'm voting Tobirama reason is as you said yourself in the video, he done lots of stuff, he was in a war, he invent various ninjutsu, he lost his bro, he became a leader and a teacher and he sacrifice himself so his pupil could survive. I think Minato or Orochimaru have great potential to have their own mangas. So much happened during that time when they were younger. Seeing Minato get picked over Orochimaru and him leave the village, having Anko and Orochimaru more fleshed out, learn who Orochimaru’s parents were and how he started in the leaf. I chose the third hokage because he’s got so many feats but no explanation. He’s got a crazy summon, he’s mastered all chakra natures AND most interestingly he was the head of the village when the Uchiha revolt started and it would be cool to see a good person’s perspective on this, dealing with Danzo and all that. Plus it would have a very easy ending with Naruto showing up maybe it ends with him defacing the Hokage faces like in the OG anime. (Fugaku would also be cool for the same reasons)

Honestly? I think it's hard to write a story about Hiruzen that works well. He was stated to be God of Shinobi but he's just a joke 90% of the show. He wasn't able to stop the Uchiha Massacre, he wasn't able to provide a decent life for Naruto despite being entrusted to do so by the 4th Hokage, who died for the fucking village. Dumb "don't let people know he's Minato's son" excuse. Even when he was revived with the other Hokages, everyone else had OP moments while he only did shit like match the Gedou Mazo's elements and cancelling that, like bro, Chouji could fight toe to toe with it and he's a fucking Chunin. I actually like his initial setting, an old man with op shit up his sleeve, a unique and powerful summon, and a vast amount of ninjutsus in his arsenal. Imagine if he was the Monkey Sage? He could've been a Sun Wukong-esque character too, Which would make sense because has a staff that can change it's size like Wukong, his nickname is "Saru" which means monkey. But nope, he a joke through and through.

I would love to have a manga on Ashina Uzumaki. I think it would give us a great deep dive into the Uzumaki clan and actually see why their sealing jutsu was feared enough to get them wiped out and the capabilities of the clan. Not to mention they literally are related to the Senju clan making them a naturally overpowered clan. Plus it would give us a little more insight into the warring states and the Hashirama/Madara era. They were obviously a big part of the leaf village early on yet we really don't know much about them.

I would like to see more of the hidden mist. Yagura Karatachi being a jinchūriki who learned to completely control his tailed beast, growing up in the Bloody mist and eventually becoming the leader of the village, and then becoming mind controlled when he was like 16 to 18 and dying at a speculated age of roughly 38 is insane, meaning he was mind controlled for almost half his life or more. He had a hard life and there is a lot of information that can be uncovered from his life including information about my favorites characters like Zabuza Momochi, and Kisame Hoshigaki.

I think Orochimaru is the perfect character for a spinoff manga. There's so much lore that could be explored with Orochimaru as the main character. Think of all the things Orochimaru has learned through his experiments and his time being alive. You could place him in pretty much any nation at any time and it would make sense and they could really flesh out the lore of wherever he is through Orochimaru's inquisitive nature. He's at a perfect power level to put him in actually exciting fights without them being obviously one sided or just wanked because he's the MC. Orochimaru is the perfect character for a spinoff manga.

I think it’s fitting Minato gets the spin off. It has to be someone who’s close to Naruto but didn’t appear much in the series. Minato was the hero in his time period and there were so many battles mentioned but not seen in the anime. It should cover when he was a kid up to becoming hokage mostly. With a few repetitive scenes of post hokage life and up to his death but not covering his participation in the 4th ninja war because he was already dead then. It would be weird to have a whole spin off series on someone like Zabuza or Sasori for example because they don’t have a real connection with Naruto. A Sasuke or Itachi series wouldn’t work either because we’ve seen most of it already. But if we do get someone random I’d like it to be Sakumo or Shisui since they’re fabled shinobi with no real background.

I think an interesting character for this side story is Hiruzen. The Sarutobi clan was one of the first to join Konoha after the founding, so we definitly could see some early Konoha development while Hiruzen was being mentored by Tobirama and Hashirama. We also could get chapters on ALL THREE Shinobi World Wars. The First War we could see more of the start, his early interactions with Donzo, and the aftermath of being promoted to Hokage during the middle of the war while also losing his Mentor Tobirama. With the Second War, and the general training of the Sannin, we could see more about the upbrining of Jiraiya, Tsunade, and Orochimaru. And Finally, with the Third War, we could see more about Hiruzen passing the torch to Minato. We could also see the aftermath of the Nine Tails attack and him taking on role of Hokage again. Hiruzen is in some ways the connecting piece between all of our favorite Naruto characters. Between being trained by Hashirama and Tobirama and inheriting their will of fire, to then working to pass on that will to characters like Jiraiya, Tsunade, Minato, Itachi, Kakashi, Asuma, Iruka, and Naruto. In some ways a vote for Hiruzen is a vote for almost all of our favorite characters because they all have a chance to make an appearence in the story. Finally, I think it would fire to finally see what "Prime Hiruzen" was capable of because he is the one Hokage we don't really see battles from in his Prime.

I voted Tobirama since I'm really interested on how Konoha actually came to be because let's be real the flashback of Madara and Hashirama, despite him telling how the village came to be, did not really show how it came together. This could be a golden opportunity for kishimoto if he decides to do this yearly with focus on new character every next year. Characters that were sidelined in shippuden because of time constraints would be done justice not to mention the incredible world building it would result in. It could also rectify some plot holes by giving some answers. This would give Naruto so much rereading potential (as if we were not obsessed enough already) as these side stories could be read alongside the main manga. I can't even imagine the potential this has. Seriously if he were to do this he would take the entire community by storm not to mention the revenue it would generate. There are so many characters thay I wish to get more screen time: Rock Lee as he has done almost nothing relevant since pain arc. This could include Tenten. Akatsuki didn't even need mentioning but it should be shown from Konan's perspective as she has little autonomy other than being with Pain. First great ninja war from the perspective of Madara upto him meeting Obito. Both internal and external politics of konoha from Tobirama's perspective. Shikkotsu Forest where katsuya lives. Seven swordsmen of mist. As Swag mentioned, one of Orochinaru's henchmen could be used to dictate life under him. We also don't know why Orochimaru attacked konoha. Kurenai can be shown as side character where she does some cool genjutsu as we were only told about her skills and nothing more. Battles fought by sannin. Hanzo's real potential as he could beat the sannin. 5th mizukage defeating entire village on her own as she has 2 kekkei genkai. We could see fight between Might Duy and seven mist. Kurama's life with his attempts to destroy the shinobi who tried to tame it. 2nd mizukage vs 2nd tsuchikage History of treasured tools of 6 paths. Uzumaki Clan and how they found shinigami mask. How hashirsma died. Hell the list could go on forever

You get it! She probably has the best potential. I can see her struggling with her mental state and going through depression. She would be a broken girl that is influenced by her best friend that she doesn’t really know anymore. They get into an argument one point about the death of Yahiko and Nagato snaps at Konan, forcing her to do the things for Nagato. She tries her best to overcome with her peace and joy through art and “god”, but struggles with the people around her controlling her. Maybe a good backstory to her family being very abusive to her, which why she became an orphan. Very great and interesting potential

For example: At the end of the Naruto vs Pain fight, she allowed Naruto to speak, turned away from evil, Gave Naruto Flowers from her own Jutsu, which meant a lot. I think perspective is the main thing here. Nagato is very outward with his dreams and goals. He gives big speeches and wears his heart on his sleeve. Konan is very passive throughout everything. So we don’t really get a good idea how she feels about it. Having a story from Konan’s perspective would give us just as much as one from Nagato’s because the two are always together. I think that sense of guilt would be a great way to take a character who became so muted after the incident.

I think that Fugaku Uchiha (Itachi & Sasuke father) would be such a dope story. Not only would we most likely get to see appearances from Itachi (pleasing the mass Itachi fans) but we would get to further explore his role during the 3rd great ninja war, and a much deeper dive into how he became Fugaku of the Wicked eye (mangekyo sharingan) We don’t even know his mangekyo abilities, but we know that he was strong enough to be a very worthy pick for the 4th Hokage. Maybe even a deeper exploration of the Uchihas planned cue and eventual eradication from Fugaku’s perspective would be so dope

@@papaofthejohns5882 when I refer to the coup I am more talking about what Fugaku experienced (eg discrimination) in order for him to be so sure that a coup is the only option. From itachi’s novel we only really get to see his perspective of things as we are constantly told that the Uchiha are wrong and the leaf is right, I think it would be so cool to read a story where we are the ones being told that the Uchihas are right and the leaf are wrong, if that makes sense Edit: I believe it’s called readers bias where the reader has a more positive bias towards the people we follow in the story (eg naruto is based on the fact that the leaf village is good, whereas the rain village is seen as bad; which is why pains arc was so good because for the first time we saw the story from another’s village perspective and it was hard to decide who was right and who was wrong)

@@stiffygoon Gotcha. Honestly, I completely understand why Fugaku finally gave in and saw the coup as the only option. No Uchiha were ever let into the Anbu or near the centre of power, Uchiha were routinely discriminated against in the education system by Senju related teachers, he himself was largely ignored despite his massive talent and feats during the Third Shinobi War and was completely ignored during the Fourth Hokage selection. Then his entire clan was rounded up, segregated and viewed with suspicion and hostility by the entire village over the Nine-Tails attack (after being ordered not to help fight it). Add onto that things like the Military Police budget being slashed, the leader of the pro-coup movement Yashiro being his right-hand man and constantly rousing the flames of rebellion and whispering into his ear. At a certain point of discrimination, when you feel as if there’s no other avenue, nothing you can to change your circumstances, then the only freedom afforded to you is fighting back. He says as much in a speech, that even if they fail at least they would have done something, would have exercised their freedom. Yeah, Itachi’s complete and utter backwards view of the whole conflict always frustrated me. It’s clearly the Leaf Village that is in the wrong, they are the ones instigating every issue and pushing the Uchiha clan every step of the way to rebellion, yet Itachi believes that all the clan needs to do is… continue to bear such increasingly severe pressure?

Tobirama. The creator of so many jutsus that literally shaped the Naruto anime (from shadow clone to flying Raijin to world reincarnation jutsu). We get an insight on his fights against Madara and the Uchiha and what made him mature at such a young age. Training the first generation of leaf shinobi and instilling the will of fire. His struggles of being the second and first Hokage (cuz lets be honest Hashirama would have given everything away for free). His epic fight against Gold and silver brothers and 20 S class Shinobi and his eventual demise. I wouldn't mind Madara , Hashirama and Minato .

I voted for fugaku. I want to see more of the uchiha clan before the massacre and the lead up to why they wanted the coup from their side. Plus seeing what his abilities really are and why they thought they could succeed would be interesting. Plus more/expanded sharingan abilities is always dope. But there are definitely a lot on there I’d like to see more of so as long as it’s not a character we’ve had a lot already about I’d be happy with it. My other choice was ashina uzumaki, I’d like to see some of the sealing powers and why they got used so much in the past.

Hiruzen i think would be one of the best choices. He has lived through the majority of the pivotal moments in the series History and is connected to a bunch of characters who could use a little more exposition (Minato,The Sannin, even Iruka). And we can finally get an idea of how powerful he was in his prime.

Honestly? I think it's hard to write a story about Hiruzen that works well. He was stated to be God of Shinobi but he's just a joke 90% of the show. He wasn't able to stop the Uchiha Massacre, he wasn't able to provide a decent life for Naruto despite being entrusted to do so by the 4th Hokage, who died for the fucking village. Dumb "don't let people know he's Minato's son" excuse. Even when he was revived with the other Hokages, everyone else had OP moments while he only did shit like match the Gedou Mazo's elements and cancelling that, like bro, Chouji could fight toe to toe with it and he's a fucking Chunin. I actually like his initial setting, an old man with op shit up his sleeve, a unique and powerful summon, and a vast amount of ninjutsus in his arsenal. Imagine if he was the Monkey Sage? He could've been a Sun Wukong-esque character too, Which would make sense because has a staff that can change it's size like Wukong, his nickname is "Saru" which means monkey. But nope, he a joke through and through.

Not to mention we could see him train Haku more in depth and find peace after Edo Tensei. I had the exact same thought. I think the 7 swordsman of the Mist were sadly underutilized and I would love to see them in a spin off.
