Ok as a very passionate gorillaz fan, I have a vinyl and CD collection of every gorillaz album except for Laika Come Home. Personally my favorite album has to be Plastic Beach or Demon Days which may sound stereotypical but both phases have such good lore and sounds

THANK YOU JUSTICE FOR THE NOW NOW. This album is incredible in every way and gets so shit on ALL the time for no reason. Idaho, Fireflies and Souk Eye have me feeling the absolute feels every single time. That being said Humanz>Song Machine. Sorry but just it's got a better narrative (musically not in the lore) and I feel like there a few excellent songs on song machine but all the others are so instantly forgettable. I literally could not hum you the tune to friday the thirteenth, dead butterflies, or chalk tablet towers. Whereas even when some of the songs on Humanz aren't the best they are still all unique and fit into an interesting narrative. Even Hallelujah Money, a song that got a lot of hate when it came out, really feels to me like a song that could play in the background of the start of an apocalypse. (I wouldn't have minded if that was the closer tbh). Anyway great ranking video! :3

Guys opinion on Song Machine is insane like I don’t understand why he even asked to cook in the moment. I seriously don’t know how you could listen to Song Machine even in todays standards and then listen to self titled again and say that self titled is better. If you line up each song Song Machine beats out tons of self titled songs, sadly. But TNN-PB-SM-DD-CI-G(ST)-DS’s-GS’s-LCH-TF . This will change for sure but great video guys! P.S. - Punk is a good song btw come on now 💀

Gorillaz is my favorite, and I found some of the tracks in plastic beach to be bland becous of the collaborators. The now now I found to be bland, and song machine had to many hit or miss tracks.
