Caps wife runs the KZbin channel; she made a community post a few weeks ago and mentioned Choi left to pursue his personal goals, so he's no longer with the company. They also hired another Choi, who had also left after about a year to move abroad. I'm looking forward to seeing Cap make appearances in videos again though!.
