New Opal Seam Discovered!

After a long summer off, the weather has finally cool enough for us to begin work.
We have made our way back out to White Cliffs to start the new year of digging.
We are determined to dig harder and smarter and find new opal seams.
This will be the million dollar year!

Right on young guns, I'm 31 and buy opal from time to time. Keep working at it a Dream or plan sometimes takes years and years many fold and can't stick to the plan. Wish the best for you young guns and maybe one day I can say I bought some of the young guns finest opal you guys have found.

Great video lovely blue colour. I always wondered if there was something that could detect opal in the walls. Something like 3d lidar /radar or like the geophysics machines that archaeologists use. That could pick up the opal deep in the rock. Probably hasn't been invented yet. It would make your job a lot easier. Need to get some universities in Australia on to the job.
