2022年8月21日に、神戸の国際展示場で開催される、ニューオーダーチョッパーショーに初出展致します！
また今回も、作業内容を動画でアップしていきたいと思いますので、楽しみにしていてください。
今回のベース車は当店でもメインになっている、インジェクションスポーツスターになります。インジェクション車だけど、インジェクション車に見えない、細くてスタイリッシュな車両に仕上げて持ち込みます。
特に当店での一番のこだわりである配線すっきり加工が、インジェクション車でどこまで通用するのか？ぜひ会場でご覧ください。
今回はワンオフシートの制作をご覧ください。

On August 21, 2022, we will be exhibiting for the first time at the New Order Chopper Show at the International Exhibition Hall in Kobe!
We will be uploading a video of our work again, so please look forward to it.
The base car for this show will be the Injection Sportster, which is also our main car. Although it is an injection car, it does not look like an injection car, and we are bringing in a thin and stylish car.
We are especially interested to see how well the clean wiring, which is one of our main features, will work on an injection car. Please come and see for yourself.

That's quite a messy, sticky, gluey, stinky, lots of effort job! I've seen a custom builder using some 3-4mm thick gray PVC flat material to fabricate seatpans. He puts a precut piece of that PVC in an oven and heats it up until it becomes really soft. Then placed right over the frame, it molds itself into a perfect fitting shape like molten cheese on a pizza. He used heat protection gloves to handle the hot stuff and a hot air gun to make adjustments to the shape of the seatpan if needed. Just a final cut to the edges and he ended up with a perfect, supersolid seatbase whithout any mess. Maybe, you like to give that methode a try next time? Greetings from Germany!
