Day one of our New Orleans adventure! We had a blast exploring the Big Easy and on our first day we eat a muffaletta sandwich, visit Blaine Kern's Mardis Gras World, and eat delicious southern food at Gris-Gris. Been to New Orleans three times. Went to Borsodi's for coffee, Cafe DuMonde and couple other places. Preservation Hall was my favorite. Did a ghost tour and visited the oldest working bar. So much to do there.

Best things to do in New Orleans - eating poboys, muffulettas, pralines, creme brule, jambalaya, gumbo, Cafe du Monde with beignets, andouille sausage, southern fried chicken and Southern Comfort Hurricanes . You should also visit St. Louis Cemetary No 1 where the famous voodoo queen Marie Laveau is buried, go for a voodoo tour, take a trip along the Mississippi steam boat Natchez, go visit Southern Plantations Desrahans and San Francisco
