If he stays let him back up Rattler and then pull off a "Draft Day" miracle and trade back repeatedly for more picks this year and next. Just drop back a couple of picks at a time in the first round and then start picking at the end of the first. Concentrate on the 40 - 60th pick because that area is full of good players. QB can sort itself out next year.

Carr gotta go but it sounds like he is too expensive to let go yet. This may not be a popular opinion, but let go of Kamara too. The Saints need a downhill back like Josh Jacobs who wears down defenses. There is no hammer in the backfield. As you can see, Taysom Hill played that role well, but his body can't hold up like that. Olave is a #2, temporary #1 until the actual #1 gets back from injury type of WR. Shaheed is like Devery Henderson to me, a #3. That entire offense needs a makeover. They have holes on defense too (Dline, safety). They have a lot of work to do.

Why do people think Carr is not a good QB? In 2023 he and the team were getting used to playing together the start of the season and it showed. Protection from the o-line was terrible. After the first half of the year, Carr was playing at a high level and then playing near the top of the league the last 5-6 games of the season. The first 5 games of this season Carr was also playing near the top of the league. He completed 68% of his passes for 40 TDs and 13 INTs over the past 2 years and people are acting like he’s hot garbage. It’s crazy. Had he been able to play the full season, I truly think the Saints would’ve been in the Playoffs and Carr would’ve thrown for over 4,000 yards and 35 TDs. Things didn’t pan out that way, but to think Carr has been terrible for the Saints is completely off-base. Yes, it’s likely time for Carr to move on after 2025, but Carr was good while on the Saints.
