Hi Shannon, my husband and I are downsizing from a 3200 sq ft, 4 bedroom home to an 1800 sq ft home, so I am in the process of getting rid of many pieces of furniture. I appreciate all of your tips and tricks, and I’m sure I’ll be using many of them. Any tips on getting rid of the big furniture pieces? Moving is so emotional and stressful. One day at a time! We bought a house where the previous owners had planted a lot of cotton wood trees. Over the years I have paid to have them cut down and it wasn’t cheap but our A/C unit is a lot cleaner and I am not picking up all the branches, which my back appreciates. Btw I have started using the dollar tree grabber for picking up the yard and that is very helpful.

Lovely and inspiring Shannon. I used to say I’d never use faux flowers but in past 3 years. With water restrictions, more heat and plants being so costly so have placed faux flowers in with green plants and flower plants that aren’t as pretty and it makes a happy difference. My potted peony is one of the plants. It only has yielded 1 bloom per season so faux peony flowers adds such a nice look. Your Bella is adorable. ❤

I just re-did my patio before knee surgery, so I could relax outside during recovery. Disappointed because I bought a Dollar Tree metal rake, but it ended up not being a screw type. Was so surprised, as it was with all the other options for the green pole. I've been looking for an end table. I might look into that Dollar Tree metal stool...when I'm a little more mobile. Thanks for what you do.

Last year, I was able to get some of those stools at 5 Below. They might have them again this year? I agree with you about relaxing on the back patio. I had acl surgery 10 years ago in July, and... Wow... The TV and the same 4 ways get SUPER boring really quick. 😉 Hoping that you get well soon!

I love this video. I bought 5 dollar lanterns on each side of my door. I will by the hanging lanterns for the balcony railing. They are beautiful at night. I also bought black plastic bins that work for under my futon couch . I also use them in my God's Healing Garden Ministry. The black smoked glass make beautiful center pieces with live plants and glass gems and I place them in tall plastic colored vases and placed in the plastic bins for transporting the glasses. All was found at the Dollar Tree.

I’ve had World Market outdoor rugs & pillows for many years now. There’s some fading on the ones due south, but they’re reversible. I like your patio, but you could’ve gone bolder imo; it’s fun!
