Memory may be misleading me, but I think the same thing happened with the last one…. where the early pics of the face were pretty creepy, but it looked much improved at release. Maybe.

You've bloody sold me again!! 😅 I'll have to start charging you!! 😅😂 I'm not missing out on any more pree-kwell figures!! I dont want pree-kwell figures to depress me any more!! I've had enough!! Excellent review as usual Sir!! The moment this appeared on my tv I immediately got Bespin Leia vibes! ❤ It's obviously the dress, but I like this a lot more than I thought I would. Is the extendable pew the same as the original? I only got that Padme a couple of weeks ago and I certainly haven't noticed the barrel moving... Having said that, I really don't fiddle about with them much, if at all...

Ha! Sorry I'm making you spend money, my friend. LOL! This version of Padme does look nice. And I totally get the Bespin vibe - definitely the dress. As far as the small blaster - it's different from the original. This one is a little bigger and of course it has the barrel extension gimmick. The other Padme blaster dosen't extend. The head sculpt is really nice and kudos to Hasbro for including an extra hand and an extra blaster. A bit of accessories goes a long way to make a figure more enjoyable.

Awesome review, love the extended barrel, unfortunately i had to cancel my pre order of her and Anakin as i have a £400 pre-order coming in june...ouch, hopefully pick them up at somepoint, playing catch up is not good for the bank balance.

The best Padme figure! Hasbro will probably make more but so far this is better than the older Padme. Still a good Padme figure but outfit wise I prefer the new one

This one does look really good. The Natalie Portman likeness is great and the outfit is pretty spot on. Maybe we'll get Queen Amidala at some point - however, I'd really like to have the Geonosis arena look. Thanks for watching! 👍🏻

I know not everyone likes the prequels - the same can be said for the sequels (which I don't like). And that's cool - not everyone likes the same thing. Episodes 1 and 2 aren't my faves by any means, but there are some good characters that would/will translate into action figures beautifully. Thanks for checking out the video! :)
