Hi everyone, I just returned from this resort with my family after a 14 day stay. Resort and beach look amazing. But looks isn’t everything trust me! First, the FOOD IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE !!! No lettuce, tomatoes,cucumbers,onions, peppers, no sliced bread any fruit juices taste like water. Milk is all powdered. All there rice have small rock pebbles in it. I could keep going on and on. We are not picky eaters but even the basic foods had no flavour or was highly salted. There are problems with the rooms minimum hot water with little water pressure. After 14 days we just had enough. What enticed us was the pictures and all the videos we watched online. Beach is for sure 5 stars. Resort 3.5 and food trust me I have travelled. 2.5 stars. The locals and tour guides we met in Varadero all told us that Sol Palmeras resort was the top place to be. I hope this helps. Let me know if there is something specific you would like to know. P.s bring lots of bug spray mosquitoes are very aggressive 24h a day

Das Hotel die Anlage sehr schön,und der Strand echt ein Traum. Das Essen war eine voll Katastrophe 🙈🙈insgesamt war alles echt ziemlich schwach für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Ich könnte soviel erzählen,aber Leute bildet euch euren eigenen Eindruck. Varadero ist ein pures Abzocker Paradies 😅 Und gibt auch immer schön Trinkgeld sonst habt ihr 3 Tage lang kein Klopapier 🤣🤣 Früher war alles viel besser:)) Lg

All washrooms smells like urine , we were with family and friends, one of the rooms didn't had even toilet door ,all doors slams when closing 😢 so maintenance not even one star . Beach is definitely beautiful 😊
