I'm happy to see this review because I bought Floral Dedication about 2 months ago and I don't love it. I've never smelled Devotion before, so I'm not sure if it's a good dupe or what...

I've heard that some folks were unhappy with Devotion, that they're getting lemon cleaner or lemon polish scents from it. It doesn't smell like a cleaning product to me, but it was very green almost herbaceous. I picked up on lemon leaves, some woody tones even but then it began to settle into a custardy, creamy scent. Floral Dedication doesn't have as much of that green tone to me. It is softer and I have a feeling it will get sweeter with the floral orange blossom making more of an appearance. I hope it matures into something you love ❤

Love your enthusiasm! I always get just as excited opening the fragrances as I do in checking out the scent lol I think when fragrances are too sweet, then honestly they're better off as room sprays lol But if that's not an option then I guess maybe spraying it onto an unscented lotion could tone down the sweetness?

You know how i fixed that? I've sent it back for a refund! 🤣 Thank God i have ordered from TikTok shop and they accept free returns because that Creamy Biscuit stank like nobody's business - it smelled to me like a dirty rag you've wiped a spilled sugary mess on the floor with. That's exactly how i would describe it. There is something very dirty in it that stinks and gets worse with time unfortunately. I'm sorry i have to burst your bubble but for $40 thats unacceptable. These middle eastern perfumes are no longer cheap and they better up their game! Yes, they are affordable alternatives but still i dont want to spend $40 on garbage. I can do this in Tj Maxx for less and smell the bottles. I have over 50 bottles of fragrances and with time i'm noticing a decline in the quality unfortunately but that's what happens when you keep spewing 4-5 new releases a month. 🤷‍♀️ You are now one of my favorite channels by the way!! Keep up the good work!! ❤

$40 is not cheap! I definitely agree that quality needs to remain consistent and that can't happen if they focus on quantity and new releases and less on improving the scent signatures.

I have noticed that lately I'm coming across more duds than wins... I hope the perfume houses consider that quality is always more important than quantity.
