Pecharunt's 88 stats have a threefold reference; 1. Eight is a lucky number in Japanese culture and is affiliated with long/eternal life. 2. Coupled with the previous fact, the three members of the Loyal Trio also have 8's in their stat distribution (how they gained new life from Pecharunt). 3. It looks like Pecharunt and the Loyal Trio's Toxic Chains (it also can be seen as a sideways infinity sign).

Also it takes away 60 stat points total from the other stats to give it 60 in defense, it has the same base stat total as other mythicals like Mew, Shaymin, etc. So it could have been a flat all 100 stat mon

I think that when Khu said that it would remind us of a certain Alolan Pokémon what they meant was Celesteela and not the Tapus because both Pecharunt and Celesteela are based off of Japanese stories about a child born from a plant with neither of those Pokémon being grass type.

How long does it take you to set up each team? Like catch, EV train, PP up, change to hidden ability, pick the right tera type, it must take weeks?

You can just buy all the items except ability patch, and if you don’t like doing raids, you can clone those with wild smeargle. The only thing that takes a while is tera shards if you don’t have them stocked up, but the DLC makes those pretty fast too

the reason metagros had its legs up because it has the levitate ability and not it clear body hidden. if it had clear body it would have its legs down and planted. same thing happends when you use magnet rise.
