Hi my beautiful angel, thank you for this lovely video. 😍 Panic attacks are something I loathe with passion. I seem to get them lately during the night, when I cannot breathe thanks to long covid and wake up with bad panic attacks. What do I do then? I put on my special night light, watch a video of you 😍, smooch one or both of our felines, go outside and look at the stars, of it is really bad and I feel weak just smell my wrists ( yes , the perfume will soothe my battered nerves 😂). I am so sorry you have these my hun. It is not fair. You bring so much light and warmth. Sometimes I think panic attacks tell us we are either trying to take on too much , or we feel we take on too much, or sometimes life is just so darn challenging we get these panic attacks so we can then try and chill out afterwards and take steps to avoid these. I went on a course ( of course, I did 😂, I love to learn, many years ago) to learn to deal with these and slow breathing and an imagined white sign saying *STOP* *YOU ARE SAFE* *EVERYTHING IS OK* etc does help, but slow breathing when you cannot breathe properly due to coughing makes this tricky 🙃😅. I forgot to add never ever stop yapping or talking to us, we love every word and you make us giggle about the bad a#* words that may slip in here and there and your wonderful honesty. as someone else wrote ( in a much better and briefer comment) NEVER EVER CHANGE , dearest Sim ! I was surprised it was so cold in Dubai, after all the warm weather that must feel freezingly cold for you. Strangely enough after our late heatwave summer ( we only had a brief summer this year as the weather is not constant and changes continually) we went from 28 C to 14 degrees then to 12 and I was so cold , now it is climbing back to 24 , 28 and 35 by the weekend , but the weather or temperature changes are tough on this old body of mine. The perfume oils sound lovely. I would be interested in those 2 and they look incredible, Proposal Date Night sounds so amazing. I would love those. I hear you with what you are saying, I love it , if you can spend ages getting ready to really ensure you smell the best and better than anyone else or at least you feel this way 😅😉. BTW I was at a fruit and veggie store and a lady came running up to me and told me she smelled my perfume in the air and wanted to tell me she loves it, what is it etc. It was so nice, it made my day as I was feeling ill and I told her this, she replied, no I had made her day. I gave her the name of the perfume and where to buy it as she loved the notes and the scent. ( It was the polarising perfume Opulent Red, I do love this so much and I do get compliments when I wear this. ) A long long time ago I had a love affair with Body Shops White Musk perfume oil and then some years later I came across White Musk Smokey Rose, which I still own a full bottle of this perfume oil and still love it as it has that darkness I adore. I wish they still made this. I also still have such a nostalgic love for Dewberry by Body Shop because my darling step sister and I were showering with this in Berlin when I was visiting for 3 months. I still have a little bit left and when I smell this I am back in Berlin with my loved ones and my love for them feels overwhelming. My family sadly has shrunk now to cousins and step family only. But the smell brings them back to me. Making scent memories is such a wonderful thing and journey of wearing a perfume. It is not incredible that perfume acts differently on each individual even on people with very similar DNA like your sister, that is alchemy or magic. Sorry for the oh so long book like comment, I just love your video so much and it was wonderful. Similar to the Red Queen and changing on drydown and smelling different on everyone: I found the Layali original perfume spray in Burlington (outlet store in USA) for some reason. I was so excited to try it and it smelled like fruity BO/cumin on me, I was so upset 😔 I don't think it's something that will go away with maceration, there was 1 other person on Fragrantica that said the same thing. Other people were raving about it.

Just got both the pink and purple musk, if you have ever smelt mayar lattafa(the pink musk oil is like an elder cultured version of that), some people myself included find mayar a little too harsh and sharp, the pink musk oil is better and richer, but essentially mayar in oil form

Purple musk oil is definitely the more exotic version, it is deeper and not the regular scents around, it just gives exotic to me, that is the word that comes to mind

Try dipping your face in ice water. It can help distract the signal a panic attack creates. Focus on exhaling because holding your breath triggers your brain into thinking your in distress. Just a couple of things that have been helpful for me.

These perfume oils are not available in my country yet but i had to know your thoughts about them! 😄 I just wanted you to know that I love your reviews so much, I trust your opinion plus we seem to have similar tastes from what I can tell which is so helpful when I want to look for a new scent! I hope that you take care of yourself and that the Xanax provides some relief (i get panic attacks too, you have my full sympathies!) Have you tried Khair Pistachio yet? I got it the other day and I would love to know what you think about it. I'm liking it so far but I'm going to let it macerate and see how that affects it because im not getting the full Yum Gelato experience from it yet! 😅 Look after yourself lovely lady ❤
