CIWS are defense system, effective on protecting against to stopping ANTI-SHIP MISSILES/MISSILE it can also be good in Anti-aircraft it's good defense system. Such us Phalanx CIWS that can stop 12 Anti-Ship Missile in 1 minutes

This CIWS should be installed on the José Rizal, Del Pilar, Tarlac and Pohang class ships of the Philippine Navy. They’re gonna need it against Chinese missiles.

Philippines Navy needs atleast: (4) Miguel Malvar Class Frigates (4) Jose Rizal Class Frigates (6) Offshore class which is under construction (4) Submarine( hopefully) (18) Units of Acero class fast interdiction craft (2) Tarlac class strategic deadlift vessels ( under construction)

Armaments are publicized, even shipbuilders publicize the weapons. Operational secrecy/ OPSEC is the one who should always be kept confidential.

Hopefully...sana magkaroon pa ng maraming kagamitang ang ating APF/PN tulad ng destroyers (10) frigates (24), corvettes (50), offshore/onshore partrol vessels (60), patrol boats (60), fast attack crafts (100), at dosenang multi role fighter aircrafts (96), attack helicopters (60), anti submarine helicopters (10) at submarino (3) para sa first line of defense at proteksyon ng EEZ/teritoryo ng ating bansa. Ang laki ng blind spot ng CIWS dahil sa position niya sa iikod ng barko. Kasi ang daming nakaharang sa line-of-sight niya na parte din nung barko. Paano yung harap medyo vulnerable pa rin. Kailangan pang iikot yung buong frigate para lang maitapat ng husto yung CIWS gun niya sa tamang firing position in case nagaling sa harap yung threat...tsk.Maganda sana kung meron din naka mount sa harap. Ang hirap talaga ng gipit sa pera.

@@MurderPierrot Mas magandang offensive weapons mga yan at iba pa rin ang CIWS na last line of defense against anti-ship missiles at drones. Paano kung inaatake yung ship by multiple ships besides air threats from multiple sides. Kailangan iikot pa iikot pa ang barko para lang maitapat ang CIWS. Mabagal at wala ng time para maka porma sa ganoong situation. smantalang kung meron sa harap, itututok na lang yung CIWS dun sa nakalapit na missiles o drones. Yung VLS, more on attacking fighters at yung main gun di ganoon ka reliable na anti-air defense lalo na kung maraming threats from all sides.

@@PlasticMastery kung inaatake ka ng multiple ships at drone. You're still screwed even with 2 cwis. The idea is not let it reach your last line of defense.

lahat ng barko naten dapat lagyan nyan patinaren ang barko ng coastguard dahil iba na ang labanan ngayon kung papansinin nyo ang china yung navy nila ginawang coastguard masyadong armado dapat gumising na ang military official naten at imulat ang mata iba na ang labanan ngayon👍
