Soya Recipe:
1. Soak soya kheema for 15 in boiling hot water
2. After 15 mins remove and squeeze our excess water properly
3. In the pressure cooker put oil, jeera, whole garam masala
4. Add onions idk according to you, till golden brown
5. Add ginger and garlic, green chili
6. Add kheema, mix
7. Add red chili, coriander powder, salt
8. Mix and add tomatoes and fresh coriander
9. Mix it and add handful of peas
10. Mix mix and then add half a glass of water and let only two whistles
11. Garnish with coriander and garam masala powder

Hi, great video! Although I have a doubt regarding your routine. If you train according to the time under tension(40s) and that is constant for all your workouts, how are you ensuring progressive overload? Since with reps based approach, you can easily count the numbers and increase them.

@@SaketGokhaleVlogs Bro I also do it..but it didn't help me much in improving my eye sight but my number became stable.. You can do it 15mins per day and then go upto 40 mins per day. Additional tip: wash ur eyes after every 4 hours and use the 20-20-20 rule while studying.❤️❤️

@@gaganshrivastava6293 600 to 800 is roo less. An avg person burns 1800 calories just by sitting all day. Check your tdee online or download healthyfyme/ myfitnesspal. You can eat 1800 or wharever yohr bmr is and walk for an hour to burn atleast 400 calories. You'll lose weight without being hi gry.

For targeting lateral heads of the triceps with dumbbells u can go for across the body tricep dumbbell extension while lying on the floor. I personally have gained good muscle on the lateral head with this exercise.

I recently saw your video on how to lose weight where you spoke about all the essentials like Macros and Calories. Read a bit about mitochondrial stimulation and how it affect protein synthesis. Crux is that it is recommended to either do cardio on separate days altogether or gap them by atleast 6 hours so that these two processes don't overlap. Keep in mind the 6 hour gap will only mitigate muscle loss, not completely stop it, so I'd personally recommend doing cardio on a separate day.

Hey its high lats and ive have it too.... but i think those r great for physique training rather than low lats which r great for bodybuilding ... example jeremy buendia has high lats and he has the craziest v taper ....but the only problem with high lats its to develop thickness in them...but any way ... big inspiration dude 👌👌💪🏻💪🏻👍🏻
