Coincidentally, two people using normal guns basically can't kill each other at the same time due to how the game/source engine handles hitscan weapons. Even if one person shot already on their screen, if the game decides they've died, it just cancels the shot. At least one person needs to use a projectile, like a Harpoon, for this to truly happen.

So, about Nilesy's skin.... On one of our discords, someone started putting the avatar of someone else into an AI image generator. Its an anime kid holding a blue orb.
