Fun Fact about Springs Pulse. The song came out in April 2020 in china when it was the hardest time for them during Covid to encourage people, especially those in the medical field(Hence why its Nightingale and Myrhh, 2 medics) during that time to overcome those difficulties for there is light at the end(Spring will eventually come). Im paraphrasing a reddit comment made by Aliona Nhor that I looked up having read it somewhere before but yeah, song is beautiful.

​@@Trailblazer_Ririna My Sad Amnesiac Orbital Cannon Cat Girl Can't Possibly Be This Cute. On serious note, finally someone reacted to her theme song. Everyone else just goes off suggestions, so they usually check all the more conventional or popular songs, so most instrumental and early ones get skipped. I kinda get it, early on Hypergryph did much more instrumental only songs and vocal ones were pretty rare, but nowadays vocal ones are the norm and instrumental are the oddity. As for the song itself, without spoiling too much about character as she'll be featured a lot in chapter 7, some of 8, and from stuff that won't be really touched in main story anyway, she's a victim of human experiments, pretty much like Ifrit, which left her literally with fragmented memory. She has trouble remembering her past and forget things, that's why she writes all the important stuff in her tablet. You saw her in stage 6-2, where her tablet broke and she was looking for someone to fix it, which is why she was so desperate. This song actually fits her very well and you got good read of her. The "white noise" quality of the song and disjointed feeling that some parts don't quite fit matches with how her past can be sometimes blurry to her and her memory issues. On 1 hand, she's quite possibly the strongest operator in entire Rhodes Island (personally I think even Kal'tsit would have trouble fighting her), but at the same time if she overuses her powers or loses control on her emotions, she can very easily become emotionally unstable, making her incredibly fragile. Getting feeling that she's pragmatic or calculated also is pretty close, as she was left pretty emotionless, making her come off as pretty cold and she approaches things in very controlled way, as a necessary part of needing to keep herself in check, otherwise she'd fall apart or go berserk. As for Crystallize, I always like to imagine it as a 1 (mostly) happy family. Doctor as a encouraging, if clumsy parent, Kal'tsit as a ex-wife, which is on bad terms with her old partner, but still cares about kids and keeps in touch with the and Amiya as a older sister that picks songs for her younger sister Rosmontis. @@Trailblazer_Ririna Without spoiling, Rosmontis is part of Rhodes Island Elite Operators, you know, the squad with Blaze, Ace and Scout, and she is as young or slightly younger than Amiya. She was present in one of the 3D trailers, and she becomes more important during the finale of the first arc (chapter 7 and 8).

As some have mentioned Stay Gold is Maria Nearl aka Blemishine's EP. The one you're thinking of is Margaret Nearl whose EP is Radiant. Reconnection is Surtr's backstory. To give a brief idea about her as a character she's a Sarkaz girl and that's about as far as we know about the actual person. The truth is she has been chosen as the next incarnation of a being called Surtr (which is why she's called that) and she has no memory of who she was or where she comes from. All she gets are flashes from previous people that Surtr used to inhabit. Confront is dedicated to Rosmontis. Who you will learn plenty about in Chapter 7 and 8 which is why I don't want to really spoil anything further. Lithos is the EP for Mudrock.

Hi Ririna! I’ll be providing some context behind some of the music you’re hearing: 1. Spring’s Pulse was released during the height of the Covid pandemic and was intended to serve as a remembrance to the victims of the virus in China. 2. The song “Stay Gold” isn’t actually about Nearl per say but her younger sister “Maria Nearl” hence why she looks different. The “Nearl” that you’re familiar with is named “Margaret Nearl”. 3. The Song “Confront” features Rosmontis a character that you probably seen before but only made a brief appearance in the story at the current moment. She’s also the singer in the song “Crystalize”

Memory loss? I kinda forget the detail. But instead of memory loss, she actually has too many memories that are not actually hers. Like her sword skill. She never learned about it, but she has a memory about how to use swords. So instead or lacking of memories, what Surtr lack is the sense of self. Are all of her memories are from others? Who is Surtr then? Is the girl named Surtr even exist? That identity crisis is her main problem.

You're forgiven for mistaking Bleremishine for Nearl but that isn't Nearl lmao. its Blemishine(Maria Nearl). The Nearl you're familiar with is Margaret Nearl, Maria's older sister. Her code name Blemishine is contradictory because it roughly translates to flawed light since its how she sees herself when compared to her sister.(Im no Nearl family expert so people correct me on that.) btw for Confront and Crystalize, both characters is Rosmontis. Its funny how the singer for Crystalize is Inori Minase, who voices Archettotille who is the character in Till the Bell Tolls.(She is also the voice of Furina my Beloved Wife)

Lithos (Mudrock): You can learn more about the character in the twilight of wollumonde event. One of the best self sustain defender/lane holders for me. Tipsy (Mountain): You can learn more about Mountain in the event called Mansfield Break (which is loosely connected to Dorothy's Vision and Rhinelab Manga and finally LoneTrail) Till the bell tolls (Archetto): Idk much about her apart from knowing she owns a monastery (does this make her a nun character?) I should actually read her event story. Also im slowly catching up to your Arknights story play through (including the side stories)

So she would be 15 in December 23, 1098, right after Under Tides. Chapter 10 should be finished a bit before that. So she's 13 during chapters 1-8 and 14 during 9-10.

As others have said, Blemishine is Nearl's younger sister. There are currently four Operators that belong to the Nearl family, two who are six-stars and one who's a five. Nearl's technically both, if you count both base and alter. The other two are Whislash and Młynar. Whislash doesn't have an EP, since she's only a five-star, but Młynar's EP is called Ensheath, for whenever you get to it.

About Contfront it's purely dedicated to operator named Rosmontis and man let me tell you her story makes me tear up every time i remember it the scar of her past change her the way she is today i'm not really gonna say anything cause it is an extremely important bit of history and her story continues in Lone Trail where she meets the one who tormented her, the source of all her pain and the one who made her the way she is today and well let's just say it nearly turned into a complete disaster

27:14 it Mudrock. She is part of reunion who tries to help other infected. She first spear in Suzuran side story and she invite her in Rodeos island. She is Sarkaz from rare subspecies Gargoul. So her body covered in originnium in most parts. Also her special kink that she has two forms. Until E2 she has full body armor with voice modificator, and you can't even understand that she is a girl. And after E2 she anlock top of her armor. Just like real Gargoyle with stone form.

just my little advice, you could try to speak and comment when pausing videos or after one song finished instead of music playing. This might improve the viewing experience of the video. Ofc it’s good enough for now, I’m very appreciate that you could react and analyze Arknights’ songs so thoroughly. Also there are 4 Arknights concerts(21-24) called Ambience Synesthesia I strongly recommend to react.

Imo not really?? Idk, arknights as a setting is much more grounded, literally and figuratively. Resources are also a larger issue and theres a larger grounding in irl culture. Its expansive but also connected in a lot of points, and theres less overwhelmingly large superpowers that hold a lot of cities(correct me if im wrong, but saying this since each city mostly has its own stuff instead of any larger bodies.
