Hmmmm, Dan didn’t have Shedeuer even the same breath with top Big12 QBs in your BIG12 review. Buffs D is giving up 19.8 points per game through 4 or a quarter of the season. It’s starting to become indicative that this Buffs D is much better than last year’s team that was giving up 38.9. Which means the offense gets more looks on offense. Even if the offense didn’t get better than last year offense (which it did) the D is so vastly superior. They aren’t giving up less than a touchdown in the second half of games. They have 3 DBs that will go to the NFL (2 of them in the first round with Hunter and McKinney) Craig is balling out of his mind at safety, their Linebackers groups is apparently ranked as one of the top groups on the season so far with Bentley and Hill-Greene and their Defensive line is deep and is stopping the run. The Buffs D will be the story of the season. On top of it it is still a young team in how many snaps they’ve played together and will only get better. I don’t know, I know it’s hard for people to start to give the Buffs credit and the season is young but that D isn’t going to lose games and if you look at the offense it’s hard to see them not scoring enough points to be highly competitive in every game this season. Buffs will win 8 and possibly with a lucky bounce of the ball and health… more

Don't sleep on Oregon State as a challenge for Wazzu down the line if they get past Boise and remain undefeated. Second to last game o' the year for them and it's in Corvallis. Fresno is not the only challenge for them down the stretch.
