I think what’s the most insane is when a player uses two special attack items and a physical item on a physical attacker… this means you actively know attack damage items work on physical Pokémon but you were dumb enough to actively choose two wrong items?

Coming back to pokemon unite, because my brother picked it up this tier list has been very useful! Thank you!!! I used to be master rank a few years ago and watching the teir list and new things going on, i think pokemon unite has become a more fun game for casual play which i believe is pretty nice. For background info, I quited just for the sole reason of how zapdos was just the sole determining of what team would win. This became quite boring over a long period. Now, i believe raquaza is more balanced (still best objective to turn things around) and i think the pokemon unite's developing nicely based on what is now today. When i look back, you come to realise that pokemon unite should be just a casual game, it is not as complicated as other mobas, but that's what makes it unique. For this reason, i think i found my love for pokemon unite again. Thank you for reading lol Xd

Few picky things here 1.they have Zacian a sword to nerf him a bit so why didn’t the mew twos get a mega stone and mirador on get a terrain extender 2. Drain crown should work with moves like shell bell but have like a lower healing of like 2/3/4 percent based on level of item and this would be good for shuriken greninja

Problem is you gotta dive out of combat for 5 seconds before it event starts healing you and should you get involved with any damage it stops healing. Honestly left over has any proper niche use for sturdy harassers that can break away from combat easily like Greedent.

I wish Rocky Helmet would get a rework like this for example: When attacked with a basic or boosted attack, deal 1% user max HP damage to the opponent. 0.3s internal cooldown. In terms of mainline games, it would be like rough scales ability that garchomp for example has (correct me if wrong)

As a Gardevoir main I used to never use spoon mostly because I didn’t understand what it did. But now I do and the damage I have with it against tanks like defenders is absolutely crazy. Had a game recently with 5 defenders on the other team and I did over 127k damage it was unreal

Coming back to the game before Spoon and Scarf were added so I appreciate all the item updates and what is useful now. This pairing with all the new pokemon, it helped when you listed who is good with what item. Updates to how some classics play would be a good video to do as well with a ton of new things added to the game.

incense on gengar (hex) does so good for me (def do not play him much now) it helped when the defender meta was still lingering. in peak defender meta i could not 1v1 a goodra but now it is not a problem. i also use leftovers on wiggly when with my score shield, it helps when i can peel off in between objectives at half health to score, then come back to the fight at full health.

Also leftovers can be an interesting item for agressive comfey play, since it will proc while attached to allies. It allows you to take more damage while jumping between allies and throwing out AA without worrying

You’re right on Leftovers, the only Pokémon that I ever use this item for is actually my main Wiggly solely because I find a Pokémon with a high hp stat that is actively running into melee ranged fights to engage on an opponent being unable to recover it without berries (which have a less of an impact the higher her hp stat is) or consistently retreating is a far bigger weakness than people realise. It just isn’t dynamic and is limiting to how much she can contribute and how often she can engage or actively participate in fights when in comparison to having leftovers which will guarantee any amount of recovery when I’m not in combat ANYWHERE on the map, restoring some if not all my high hp back for the opponent to once again be forced to slowly break down. Tbh it’s how it should be with a cc based brawling support like wiggly yet her kit doesn’t have any self sustain like other supports or defenders NOR even an additional lifestyle stat after certain levels like a massive portion of attackers, speedsters and allrounders. It’s actually kinda crazy to think about that not only is she the only support not providing consistent defensive utility and sustain but also one of the rare few Pokémon to not have a single form of self sustain to utilise to keep their hp stat reasonably high during or after enduring a fight. Oh and btw my build is of course resonant guard, buddy barrier and leftovers on wiggly. I use a full six SP attack and hp emblem build with Sing and Dazzling Gleam. All items at level thirty if anyone was interested in knowing lol.

Slow smoked and rescue hood are near essential items for comfey. I absolutely agree they become less useful on other Pokemon. In fact I don't see a useful case for slowsmoke on anything else - there's always a better option.

I think Leftovers is decent for Wigglytuff. With the buffs it can restore hp at a decent pace and Wiggly often needs to keep topping up its HP because it takes so much damage while using Sing.

Energy amp is insane in my opinion, specially with sizzor and greninja where their dash increases their atk by 20% and the you add another 21% on top of that to 1shot some squishes

I think shedinja doll, slow smoke, and potion are a tier items. When used properly, they swing fights, and win games in a way none of the items below them can. Potion gets a ton of value due to its low cooldown too. Especially in solo queue.

I've gotten up to ultra while running leftovers on both Blastoise AND leafeon. You're right that it's good for learning the game but frankly, I hate to TP back to base. A good chunk of HP and some HP recovery stats plus free heals while your roaming or setting up a gank. It's by no means a great item considering you need 5 seconds out of combat and there's only 10 minutes in a match plus respawns are quick and in jungle there's always farm. Left overs should be in C tier because it's always useful but ASSAULT VEST is a single minded strat that should definitely be in D tier.

i like to run weakness and +300 hp boost embelms 6 white cause to me it feels like it gives a nice bit of bulk and the 12% attack increase scales really well with an attack weight and is more consistance than something like charging charm that only porx when fully charged

We need more items & they need to fix Rocky Helm & Rescue Hood. They could easily add a stacking item for Defenses, Speed, or critical. I also think making crown a stacking item could fix it. Imagine getting 3% life steal per stack. A nother cool idea would be a held item that made you score a Lil fast. If I could add a new Battle Item it would be a repair kit & it would allow you to restore your goals to prevent them from breaking obviously you would only use it on teir 2 goals unless your hoopa.

With how Muscle Band has been buffed to not have an internal cd it has gotten a stronger, and it’s still a viable pick for a lot of special attackers, S tier seems only fitting for it considering just how many Pokémon can run it and MB at it’s best is a must have item for the Pokémon, and at worst for most it’s only ok. Razor Claw’s placement I’m not upset about its a good item, but I think top of B is a better for just do to the fact that to run it optimally/efficiently you have to have Low cd moves where you still want to basic attack in between, some Low cd damage dealers just want to use the moves who cares about the basics lol. Float Stone could also go down to B tier since realistically, the passive is just alright you’re really only picking this for the Attack stat without having to commit to stacking, MS is cool but it’s passive doesn’t matter at all in combat. Wise Glasses I think should go in A tier just because we have a lot of special attackers that have a high SpA stat and Scaling where wise increases it to even bigger heights, it’s combination with Wise I feel is much better than with Choice Specs for most Pokémon since you’re piercing them with most damage where as with choice you just tag on some extra damage every 10 seconds where wise is constantly applied extra damage. Also Wise is the best item to increase your healer’s capabilities if you can’t/don’t want to commit to stacking. I agree for Bangle in blind pick, not very efficiently ran since we don’t have that many AOE physical moves, but in draft it shoots up to an A for me just for how many Physical attackers can run this instead of another item without really any loss in damage and can realistically kill enemy sooner that have any form of sustain, and the Mons that Do have AOE this item is an amazing option on them. For the battle Items, I think Xspeed in A simply because I see Eject and Full heal more often and simply running faster doesn’t mean you’ll be able to catch up or get away, the amount of times I’ve popped Xspeed and a mon has caught me despite the fact is ridiculous. Now with a Blink(eject) you have many ways to get away, surprise engage, and just to burst out of a enemy moves range that will cause it to target another player where Xspeed could never. There’s a few place styles where Xspeed is the better option, but the criteria where it’s better than both Full or Eject is that common to me, still very strong.

The good thing about the Drain Crown is the recovery from grind against Altaria and other mons. In other words, you don't really need to go back to heal. Tho i agree with it's placement, pokémons like Outrage Dragonite, Garchomp, Gyarados can get good use, but it's pretty specific, even Leftovers is more spamable.

I think Shedinja doll would be much better if you got to choose when it deactivated. Many MOBAs have self “stasis” abilities where you get to become invulnerable for a few seconds and most times you get to choose when to end the effect early if you’d like, as otherwise you’re just a sitting duck for the enemies who know how long the invulnerability lasts.

That would make it broken since you could just use shedinja doll to escape hard cc moves and recast to immediately escape. The item will have no downsides if they give it that and cd would have to be increased. Better to have it the way it is now.

Personally, I use resonant guard, Aeos Cookie, and Rescue Hood for my Goodra def stack. At first I didn’t think I could double stack Resonant Guard and Rescue Hood to get additional shielding power; but I discovered I could, and this more than makes up for Goodra’s decreased attack. Also Goodra is a melee defender so it’s really good at defending against special attacks.

Rescue Hood ability only works on the healing you do in alies pokemon, it doesn't help with your own shields or healing yourself, you are just getting def and spdef from Rescue Hood

I feel like potion and full heal should both be A tier. Potion in solo q wins games if your teammates are trolling you can do so much with that extra health especially if you're playing defender but it's really just decent on everything in the game. Full heal on the other hand is really really good on like 6 pokemon which makes it a really good item but it can't really compete with eject or speed which are kinda game breaking on almost every pokemon in the game

It's probably more so because I am more reactive, but I honestly don't have much use for Full Heal. Eject Button and X Speed, I'll agree are pretty great though. Potion on the other hand is what I would consider an all-rounder of an item. There are better options, but it's far from bad (heck, being less niche than Shedinja I would stick it in a low A).

Most special attackers are ranged... So I can't agree. You also CAN run it on special attackers. Theres less value but every Mon has physical basics and the speed and passive are where most of the value is.

Leftovers is better than AV and Rocky Helm. Still a terrible item, but it actually kind of works on Sableye specifically. AV and Rocky Helm work on nobody, and are wastes of a slot in 100% of cases. Please never choose these, ever. Muscle Band didn't fall out of S with the changes at all; it's actually even better on everyone BUT Charizard (a niche pick before the buffs), and Cross Chop Machamp (a niche and powercrept pick). I haven't sat down and checked, but I'm pretty sure it's a core item on more pokemon than any other item in the game. Score Shield explanation is well said.

I feel like youre kind of underselling weakness policy a little here: while it is true that sometimes it is a replacement to stacking, most of the time its ran alongside stacking items; off the top of my head lucario, buzzwole, tsareena, blaziken, metagross, meowscarada and zoroark all run both items together, and i think the size of that list speaks for itself. Edit: otherwise i like the list, cant believe so many negative comments... honestly shows how necessary this video was

Being able to proc it safely is so nice for mages/ranged pokemon. Being required to be up close with bangle when the primary healers are blissey, tree, and clef, you really dont want to be fighting them. Also, most melee mons are single target with a little bit of AoE like buzz superpower, metagross gyro, and things like that, but nothing to the extent of Pikachu, sylveon, chandy, delphox, and the like.

@@Jordan-dg8tpthere are ranged attack based pokemon that can benefit just as much, you dont need to be melee, just attack based instead of sp attack, cinderace, dragapult, decidueye etc, all benefit!, remember, the effect is extended by auto attacks (thats both incense and bangle) mages typically dont auto at the pace those mons listed do! Personally I use it on charizard, feels pretty damn nice actually! Edit: charizard is a prime candidate for bangle, fireblast and flamthrower are aoe, as is his auto attack, his unite also triggers on slam and is extended by the autos thereafter, just a thought!

​@@blackgodakantorwell the only issue with it is that all adc characters (Cinderace, Greninja, Duralodon, Decidueye and Dragapult) don't need curse bangle most of the time. None of them run that item because they generally just play the standard muscle, scope, rapid build. So not even they want to run curse bangle, which makes curse incense generally much better and easier to use for mages than curse bangle does with melees. It's not as simple as "Both items do the same thing, means that both sides of pokemon that use them benefit the exact same"
