I have the purple bluegill pattern and I have to say it’s my favorite popping lure out of possibly all my top waters. At dusk this is the most reliable lure I use it always produces big bass! If there’s 30 minutes left of daylight you better have this lure tied on cause it flat out catches them

That would be an awesome lake to fish. Really nice video! We live in Alabama and fish lake Guntersville a lot. We catch some good 3 to 5 pounders on average there. My son is in his junior year of HS bass fishing. He and my nephew has qualified for the state championship in the Alabama Bass nations tide division this year. So much fun being on the water.

i never have success with mine, what conditions allow you get the most bites with it?
@normanham85663 жыл бұрын
@@aidanconley3162 Don’t give up on it Aidan. It’s a great lure, tried and true. I’ve used it when bite was slow or nonexistent and would get bit. Vary retrieve speed, throw it at night, dawn, or dusk. I’ve caught fish on it in afternoon. It’s much more subtle than a buzz or plopper. It’s seductive and irritating to Bass that aren’t feeding. If your target spot looks good to you and your experience tells you there should be fish there, make repeated casts over same area. You can piss them off until they grab it just out of irritation Good luck. 👍🏼 I just got the jointed Jitterbug and ordering two of the XL size this week. Roland Martin uses the bigger Jitterbugs for night fishing for giants. I’m gonna try that. Roland Martin outdoors in YT. Check him out. He knows his stuff and he’s down to earth.

I enjoy it all. Love watching the life in natural environment and love seeing the lures in use on the water. I also like seeing the big pond build process. Looking forward to tracking the steps involved for creating a big bass habitat. And personally, I have much more confidence in a lure when I’ve seen it catching bass. Thanks to your family. Even enjoy watching the family grow! 🎣👍🏼
